CharterWay Service BestBasic An all-inclusive service package which covers all items as prescribed by the manufacturer s service schedule for the stipulated km reading and / or period of the contract. CharterWay Service Complete An all-inclusive maintenance package which covers all the repairs and servicing requirements of the vehicle for the stipulated km reading and / or period of the contract. The contract covers any repairs required during the routine operation of the vehicle, but does not cater for any components damaged due to external influences or acts of nature.
