Exterior accessory testing, for example, includes: Exposure to up to two years of direct sunlight known as Florida Weathering. Heat Ageing Test for 500 hours. Extreme Heat Test ranging from 40 C to 80 C. Heat Shock Testing during which parts are cooled to 40 C for 16 hours, then heated to 70 C for 5 minutes. Humidity Resistance Test where accessories are subjected to 168 hours at 48 C in % humidity. Accelerated Environmental Cycle Testing comprising a relentless barrage of salt, dirt and dust to simulate real world driving. 14 : Tow Bar Mounted Bike Carrier 3 Bike The tow bar mounted bike carrier features a one hand, quick attach/release tow bar coupling mechanism and can be tilted away from the vehicle, by use of a foot pedal, to allow easy access into the rear tailgate.
