2 WHAT S NEW FOR 2009 Loaded with adrenalin and explosive Dodge design, the 2009 Dodge Nitro combines power with fuel efficiency 9.1L/100 km (31 mpg) highway (4x2 model). Created with a flexible and spacious interior, Nitro continues to impress by offering you even more for the 2009 model year, such as standard fog lamps and hot new exterior colours. Dodge Nitro combines power with fun like no other SUV on the market. 3 SUVPS THREE-MINUTE DRILL The SUVPS Three-Minute Drill will help you present in just three short minutes the features that matter most to your customer. SUVPS is a method that can help you match the following key buyer motivations to groups of vehicle features: SAFETY/SECURITY, UTILITY, VALUE, PERFORMANCE, STYLING. Listen to your customers and identify their buying hot buttons. Choose the appropriate features from the SUVPS categories. Use these features to tailor your presentation to customers. FRONT Highlight these same SUVPS features during your customer s vehicle Walkaround Presentation. Start at the front and guide your customer through the five vehicle stations. At the end of the Walkaround, be sure to offer your customer a Demonstration Drive.
