63 TERMS & CONDITIONS PAYMENT/RETURNS/WARRANTY Payment Terms CFR Performance offers the following term options: C.O.D. Credit Card, or Net 30 depends on customer s credit history. Return Policy ALL returns must be accompanied by a Return Good Authorization Number (RGA) in order for them to be processed. The return form must also be filled out and sent along with your return. Products must be received within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RGA. All good merchandise returns are subjected to a 15% Restocking Fee and can only be accepted under brand-new and un-installed condition. Freight All orders are shipped freight collect. Shortages/Claims Upon receipt of your product, please inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been damaged. If the packaging or product has been damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the damage. Any claims or shortages must be reported to CFR Performance within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. 12 Months Limited Warranty CFR Performance warrants that all of its products shall be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship. All CFR Performance products come with 12 months limited warranty for the original purchaser accompanied by the original sales receipt. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper installation or damage resulting from collision, misuse, negligence or unauthorized alteration.
