2 IMPACT DOOR CARCASE SYSTEM / OVERVIEW FLEXIBILITY, DOORS + PANELS IMPACT carcases can be used in more than one design, allowing for greater design flexibility. Also, a comprehensive range of quality accessories are available to complete your carcase system and complement your kitchen, bathroom, laundry, study or commercial space. EFFICIENCY IMPACT carcases are ready to assemble and will save you time with cutting, edging and drilling. This allows for minimal preparation time, less wasted materials and a quicker installation process. The carcase units are also packed in cartons for ease of handling. DURABILITY IMPACT carcases are made from Australian produced 16 mm moisture resistant whiteboard and are manufactured using a 1 mm ABS edgeband. This eliminates dark edges and improves the impact resistance. SERVICE In line with Häfele s service-oriented standards, all IMPACT carcase units and drawer systems are available from stock with same day despatch. CONVENIENCE All IMPACT carcase kits are pre-drilled and supplied with locating for ease of assembly. All carcase kits are supplied with a hardware pack, including not only locating, but also connecting screws, shelf supports, cabinet legs, Salice hinges, MX and Alto soft close drawer hardware, where applicable. 2

6 SALICE Silentia Hinges SALICE Silentia hinges have the soft close mechanism integrated into the cup of the hinge, hidden away from view; alleviating the need for additional hardware to be added, making the hinge more aesthetically pleasing. Available in a wide range of opening angles from 110, 155, Angle mounting, plus Blind panel applications, the Silentia hinge offering enables the elegance of soft close throughout the entire project. With a wide variety of drawer options available - including 86 and 120mm standard drawer options, and 164 and 204mm pot drawer options the Alto drawer system suits almost every application imaginable. Combined with length options from 270 to 500mm, plus multiple Alto Box infill panels, waste bins and drawer inserts, the Alto drawer ticks all of the boxes. The Alto drawer system has been independently tested and passed the exacting European DIN EN15338 Level 3 standards. This was achieved with a full 35kg weight capacity over 60,000 open-close cycles.
