Aerodynamics - Racing Dynamics aerodynamic components are manufactured of impact resistant polyurethane, with copolymer and fiber composite materials incorporated when their specific advantages can be exploited. Polyurethane offers an excellent compromise between the paintability of the surface versus the flexibility needed for the spoiler to survive. Ground effects installation normally requires fixed fasteners such as screws, except for the 3 series models (E36 chassis), which can be attached entirely with adhesives to retain BMW's rust warranty. All aero parts include installation instructions and material specific painting instructions for a trouble free installation. - Nurburgring testing with Bilstein technicians resulted in Chassis Kits consisting of specially valved shock absorbers working in unison with progressive rate springs that offer a superb balance of comfort and performance versus the compromises of mismatched parts. Progressive rate spring engineering using heat treated and stress relieved chrome silicone wire combines a compliant ride for smooth commutes, and the feedback required for spirited drives. Front and rear adjustable sway bars are cold bent by computer controlled machinery, and feature aerospace quality hardware and urethane bushings. Strut braces are manufactured of an extruded aluminum oval tube with internal reinforcing rib that is heat treated and mandrel bent. Motor and Drive Train - Sport Exhaust Systems that include stainless steel headers are engineered for superior gas scavenging, and incorporate the O.E. catalytic convertor. Aluminized or stainless steel mufflers will "bolt-on" to catalytics and include Racing Dynamics' trademark 75mm x 60mm oval or 90mm round tip(s). Computer generated internal muffler baffle placement optimizes the gas flow and noise cancellation functions for a pleasing balance between horsepower gain and performance sound. Because the car manufacturer must make compromises between the motor goals of performance, emissions and fuel economy, the performance goal is sacrificed. Match an exhaust, a performance Eprom or EMS software, and a free-flow air intake to unlock this hidden potential! 2
