2 President s Notes Hello Fellow Mustangers, I can t believe that it s March, what happened to January and February. Well, we have a few requests for March events and Kevin has ed you about those, so please respond to the s if you want to participate. As for our club the first big event is the birthday party and AIM bank on April 14 th. We will go from 10am to 2pm, so arrive by 9:30 if you can and if you need to leave earlier that s ok. We also have a request from the new Aquarium group for cars from our club and Caprock. That s not a club event but you re open to go if you want. We will give info on birthday party at the meeting on Thursday March 1 st. We may have Celebrate Today at the AIM event to garner funds for their cancer care at Southwest Cancer Center. I ll keep it short, but you ll find info on web, Facebook and thru Kevin s s on upcoming events. See You Thursday March 1 st at Red Zone (weather permitting)! 3 Meeting Minutes for February President John Robinson called meeting to order. 2. Minutes were approved. 3. Ronnie gave budget and it was approved-- we have approx. $6, Blue Ribbon Rally was discussed and Ronnie & Jimmy will be working this event. Money goes for Child Abuse. 5. Tommy brought posters for the Make A Wish Car Show in Amarillo March 3rd & 4th John gave report on some of the major sponsors for the club---a big thanks goes out to them. 7. The Back 40 Resturant will be catering for our car show in June 8. Birthday Party will be April 14th at Aim Bank on Slide. Dennis put this in the MCA's calendar. 9. We made a $ donation to Ethan Carter---his home burned last week. God bless him and his family. 10. We are challenging other clubs to match our donation to the Carter family. 11. Dennis gave report on MCA---it sounds like there are a lot of things going on with MCA. Thanks Dennis for all you do with the MCA. 12. Coffee & Cars at Cook's Garage this Saturday Feb.3rd. 13.
