Floor 12 gauge treadplate with 1 3/8 return flange on each side. Side compartment back panel overlaps and interlocks with floor flange, providing support for weight of side compartment. Understructure 50,000 yield 11 gauge high strength steel cross sills Tailgate 14 gauge two-sided A40 galvanneal steel double panel construction. Slam lockable style Doors 20 gauge two-sided A40 galvanneal steel double panel doors with hat section reinforcements. Hinges Corrosion resistant all stainless steel continuous hinges provide full length support for the doors and pry-proof security with a built-in weather shield. Hinge to be spot welded to the door frame supported with a six year warranty. Rotary Latches Automotive rotary latches rivet-less design Rotary latch is slam-latchable Latching cam to be elongated to allow the latch to move vertically relative to the lockstrike to prevent torsional damage. Door Strikers Adjustable striker affixed to door frame with screws. ( Door Seals Automotive bulb type neoprene door seals to be installed by the manufacturer of the body on all door frames.
