For assembly at Penco, see additional charge on page 3. Locker Construction Overview Available in 24 COLORS Except QuickShip Vanguard Lockers have louvered doors. All 1 Tier (except for " high model), 2 Tier, 2 Person and Duplex lockers have a zinc alloy die-cast pull-out lockable Vanguard handle on each main door and a multi-point door latch system. Three tier Vanguard lockers with catalog numbers beginning with 64 also have Vanguard handles and multi-point latch doors. Three tier lockers with a catalog number beginning with 63 and 4, 5 & 6 Tier, 16 person and Wall Mounted Locker Coat Rack lockers (as well as " high 1 Tier lockers) are known as box lockers and have a friction catch latch/door pull. 7 & 8 Person lockers plus Box Over Lockers use a combination of the 2 latch types. Most Vanguard lockers are available packed two different ways: Vanguard Unit Pack Lockers: Vanguard Unit Pack Lockers are the same as Bulk packaged lockers, except that they are prepackaged with all the required parts for assembly in one carton (2 cartons for Wall Mounted Locker and 3 cartons for 16 Person Lockers). See the separate QuickShip Price list for selected items available for shipment in 5 days or less in a limited color selection. Vanguard Bulk Pack Lockers: Like parts are packed together. The standard 6" legs can be deleted by specifying on the order. Recessed Handle Vanguard Lockers are the same as Vanguard, except that a recessed handle replaces the die-cast Vanguard pull-out handle on the 1, 2 & 3 Tier, 2 Person, Duplex, Dual, Executive, 7 & 8 Person and Box Over Locker. Available as standard on 1, 2 & 3 Tier QuickShip lockers. Guardian Lockers have Recessed handles and no louvers. Guardian "Medallion Option" Lockers are the same as Guardian except that a quiet sound deadening pan is welded to the inside of the door. Guardian Plus Lockers are the same as Guardian, except that the doors are 14 gauge steel. Invincible II Heavy Duty Athletic Lockers are made from heavier gauge steel (14 ga. doors, 16 ga. sides, tops, bottoms and shelves, ga. backs) and have diamond-shaped perforations on the doors and sides. Recessed handles are standard on 1, 2 & 3 Tier models; standard box lockers have door pulls. A perforated or solid Group End must be ordered for each group of lockers, or row end. Stadium Lockers are available in Welded and KD construction. They have open fronts for ease of access. Several configurations are available. Patriot Lockers are also available in Welded and KD construction. "Turnout" models have open fronts for ease of access and "Gear" models have doors. KD Gear locker doors are shipped loose on 30" & wider models. "Duty" locker models include specialized interior configurations. A special assortment of accessories is available. Rapid Response Duffel Lockers are available in KD construction with double doors and Cremone handle with a one wide configuration. Welded Lockers are shipped completely assembled except for hardware items such as number plates & locks. All major components are welded together at the factory prior to being painted with a durable baked-on enamel finish. Locker groups up to 54" wide can be shipped as units for All-Welded and All-Welded Defiant II lockers. Defiant II Single Point Latch (SPL) Option provides a 14 gauge door with single point latching in a recessed handle with no moving parts. This option can be added to the Guardian, Invincible II, All-Welded, Angle Iron and select Patriot models Lockers. Footnotes Letter codes appear in the "Note" column next to the appropriate line items in this price book. Explanation keys are shown on page 4. Note that combined footnotes such as "P" and "V" would be shown as PV". Customer must specify color in writing on all orders.

3 General Information All prices are based on Penco Standard Construction. Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped knocked down (unassembled) from the factory. All orders are subject to final acceptance at the main office. SPECIFICATIONS: Refer to current Penco catalogs or website for descriptions and specifications (subject to change without notice). LEAD TIMES: See the Penco website for lead times. See the QuickShip Price List for selected items available for shipment within 5 working days. LEGS: "Legs" or "No Legs" must be specified on locker purchase orders. KD Lockers are priced the same with or without legs. Locker HEIGHTS in this book represent nominal opening height on 1Tier, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T, 6T, 8T & 9T; overall body height on others. Height does not include legs. KD Lockers will be furnished with 6 legs unless otherwise specified. Stadium, Patriot and Rapid Response Duffel lockers are not offered with legs. LOCKS: Must be ordered separately. ASSEMBLY AT PENCO: Factory assembly extends the lead time. Factory assembly of lockers will be done with rivets. Locker assembly will be done in groups of up to 3 frames wide unless otherwise specified and authorized in advance. Assembled groups shall not exceed 54" in width. Unless specifically noted as 1 wide in the price book, for 1-wide lockers, add 20% to the per frame price in the price book. For a 2-wide group, add 10% to each frame price. For single frame groupings of 24 wide lockers add 10%. This pricing also applies to lockers assembled by Penco. To make 24" wide lockers more manageable, we recommend ordering in smaller groups. STARTERS AND ADDERS: For building wider groupings of Vanguard or Guardian bulk pack lockers at the project site (4-wide or more), the STARTER and ADDER method may be ordered, see page 60. NUMBER PLATES: Price includes one number plate per opening with up to four digits. Plates 1 to 1000 and blank are kept in stock to 00 will ship from Hamilton, NC facility with a lead time of 3-4 weeks. If no sequence is specified, Penco will supply from 1 up per order. For over 100 openings, the number sequence must specified. For alphanumeric or numbers above 00 (6 spaces maximum), and number plate delivery can take 4-5 weeks. Any number sequence other than 1 to 00 and blanks are considered a special order and will carry a $50 NET setup charge with a 4-5 week lead time. On factory-assembled lockers, number plates are packaged separately for field installation. RIVETS: Standard locker hardware supplied is nuts & bolts. To obtain rivets in lieu of standard nuts & bolts, add $5.25 list per frame to price of locker, and mark the order clearly to specify "RIVETS". OVERALL DIMENSION DISCLAIMER: Penco's internal system rounds up sizes to reflect whole numbers. Penco s standard finish is hybrid powder coat. See page 36 for additional paint finish information. ENGINEERING DRAWINGS OR SPECIAL ENGINEERING: Engineering drawings for approval require additional time. Such drawings can be supplied only on an order of $10,000 total price book value or more. Shipment for this type of order can be scheduled only after receipt of approved drawings. Shipment for this type of order normally requires 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of approved drawings. Non-standard fillers and trim can be supplied only on orders for $4000 list price or more. Any orders cancelled after the drawings are completed will incur a cancellation fee. SINGLE ROW (SR) & DOUBLE ROW (DR): All pricing in this book is for single row lockers. For pricing on double row lockers (back-to-back, with double-deep divisions and shared backs), contact a Penco representative. LOCKER DOOR GAUGES: Locker doors are 14 gauge steel except Vanguard, Standard Guardian and Guardian Medallion. Vanguard, Standard Guardian and Guardian Medallion doors with Vanguard or recessed handles are 16 ga. if " wide or wider; 7-1/2" and 9" wide are ga. Vanguard box locker doors (with door pull) are 16 ga. if " wide or wider; 9" and " wide are ga. LEFT HAND (LH) & RIGHT HAND (RH) are determined from the point of view of a person facing a locker. Right Hand doors have the hinges on the right side and are standard on all lockers. 2 Person, Duplex and 24" wide single tier Double Door lockers have Right Hand and Left Hand doors. SMALL ORDER POLICY: MINIMUM ORDER - $50.00 Net plus shipping costs. PACKAGING AND MARKING: For special crating, marking, palletizing, or export packing, contact a Penco Representative for availability and cost. For heat-treated pallets, add the following to the estimate/purchase order: Add $10 NET per pallet (roughly 1 pallet per 1000 lbs). WEIGHT: Weights shown are approximate shipping weights for average packing per average order. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Orders changed after scheduling but before manufacturing are subject to a minimum $ net charge, if approved by the main office. Changes may have an adverse effect on scheduled ship date. Orders are not subject to changes or cancellations after commencement of manufacturing. Orders requiring engineering drawings are subject to an engineering fee if cancelled. CLAIMS AND FREIGHT DAMAGE: If freight arrangements are 3rd party or collect, claims for damage or short must be filed by the Penco distributor/customer with the delivering carrier. For pre-pay and add shipments, all claims for shortages and damages must be made in writing to the main office within 72 hours from receipt of shipment. Caution: When the delivering carrier is given a clear receipt for a shipment in which there is damaged merchandise or a shortage, the carrier is relieved of further responsibility. Penco will not accept return of merchandise damaged in transit. The claim is with the delivering carrier. SHIPPING CHARGES: All shipments will be made pre-pay and add unless otherwise specified. When freight is prepaid, charges will be added to the invoice. Each order must be for one destination to one consignee. RETURN SHIPMENTS: No return shipments will be accepted without previous written factory authorization. A restocking charge of 35% or more with a minimum of $50.00 net will be levied on all authorized material subject to inspection for damage at the factory. Special orders including welded lockers or factory assembled products are NOT eligible for return. No credit will be issued for damaged material. Material returned without authorization will be refused. All return freight charges must be prepaid. GUARANTEE: We guarantee our products for a one year limited warranty to be free from mechanical and manufacturing defects. Penco is not responsible for products damaged by misuse, abuse or any acts of vandalism. The guarantee is also voided if the finish is exposed to items such as high humidity, chlorine salts, abrasive cleaners, germicidal cleaners or acids. Patriot Gear and Turnout lockers are available in KD construction (Knocked Down) in 72" height only and in Welded construction with a height of 76" only (which includes a 14 gauge 4" high integral closed base & bottom as standard). 43 Finished End Panels - General Information Finished End Panels (FEP for short) are designed to be fastened to row ends of lockers without any exposed fasteners. Each panel is made in a box formation that adds 1" to the length of the row. Panels are fastened from the inside of the lockers with screws (furnished). There are different types of FEP's, depending on the locker type used. It is imperative to choose the correct FEP for the application. Although all panel types look similar, there is only one correct type for the application! The following pages contain catalog numbers and prices of FEP's for the most popular locker sizes. For sizes not shown with a catalog number, calculate the price as follows: Multiply the depth x height (include 6" legs or channel base height, and for lockers with slope tops, use the height to the peak of the FEP - see the table below for that dimension), divide the answer (sq. inches) by 144 to obtain square feet, and multiply by $.90 to obtain the list price. Allow 3.2 lbs. per Sq. Ft. 61 ADA Locker Guidelines and Locker Care ADA Locker Guidelines The Americans with Disabilities Act has several requirements that apply to lockers. Penco lockers that are best suited to meeting ADA requirements are: Single tier 60" or 72" high with recessed handle and 3 point latch with the shelf placed no higher than 48" from the floor (we recommend FIELD DRILLING for required shelf location). Double tier 36" with recessed handle and 2 point latch. Assign lower tier only to disabled. In both cases, an additional shelf may be required at " (from the finished floor. Though Classic III recessed handles are favored, a properly adjusted Defiant II, cremone style or box locker door pull handle can meet the literal criteria by taking less than 5 lbs. of force to actuate and not requiring pinching, twisting or tight grasping. In addition, the architect should show the location of the handicap lockers on the drawings and provide the necessary clear open space in front of the selected lockers.
