Pro Series cabinets are made with 18 gauge steel for a durable and heavy-duty construction. The 18 gauge steel thickness of the metal is 1.2mm, which is twice as thick as 24 gauge at 0.6mm metal thickness. Can I get casters instead of the adjustable feet? Yes, you can purchase casters for the base cabinets to replace the adjustable feet. We do not recommend casters for the locker cabinets to avoid tip-over accidents. Is this locker safe for children to be around, can it tip? Pro Series cabinets are built with back panel perforation for securing easily to the wall to avoid tipping accidents. I cannot find the wall cabinets, where are they? We use restaurant grade 304 Stainless Steel. Do the cabinets separate or do I have to place them as in the picture? Yes, they are all individual pieces. You can move them around and place them according to your garage design and space. Is there a place in your locker to put long items in such as brooms? Yes, the Stainless Pro Series locker cabinets have removable shelves and can hold long items such as brooms and mops. The locking mechanism will not be locking if you remove the middle shelf. I cannot find the wall cabinets, where are they? Stainless Pro Series wall cabinets are packed inside the locker cabinet. How do I clean stainless steel? No, you can put the NewAge cabinets anywhere you like, for example, your laundry room, mud room, or anywhere else you may need sleek, well designed storage! The cabinets are stuck inside the locker, how do I remove them? In order to remove your base and wall cabinets from the Bold Series locker, the door of the locker must be removed. In order to do this, please follow step-by-step instructions in the product manual. Manual can be found on our website: bold-series-product.php The locker doesn t lock, what do I do? In order for the cabinet to lock, the shelf needs to be positioned centrally inside the locker cabinet for the lock to latch on to the shelf. The 4 x 8 overhead ceiling rack can hold up to 600 Lbs. Overhead racks are great for storing tires, ladders, totes and seasonal items. Can I install ceiling storage racks into metal joists? No, if your ceiling joists are made out of metal, you cannot install this product. Where can I install this product and are the overhead racks adjustable? You can install this product in open or closed ceilings. The rack can be adjusted in height. It is made made out of solid steel and comes in a corrosion-resistant powder-coat finish. Two width adjustments. Can I adjust the vertical beams on 2 different levels? As long as the rack remains on the same level you can do that. Can I make my 4 x 8 ceiling rack into a 4 x 4 ceiling rack? No, it is only designed to be adjusted between a 4 x 8 and 4 x 6. Can I adjust the to any height between the 18 to 42? No, from 18 to 27 increments the height can t be adjusted. From 27 to 42 you can adjust in 1 1/2 increments. Can I mount parallel? Can I mount the shelf to the wall for extra security? Yes, you can do that. Hardware is not included. What is the weight capacity per shelf? Each shelf can hold up to 1000 Lbs. Can I get an additional shelf? No, unfortunately we do not offer additional shelves at this time. How long does it take to install? Are power tools required? On average, it takes about minutes to install one unit. Most of the unit can be assembled without power tools. Shelf is listed as 72 inches wide, but when I measure each shelf the size is less than 72 inches. 72 width is an outside measurement of the entire assembled shelf. Lay out the roll floor in the sun outside, on the driveway and apply heat to it. The roll will take a few days to settle. Speed up the process by applying indirect heat. Does the VersaRoll have a smell? The VersaRoll is made from PVC material and we recommend airing it out in an open area once you remove it from the packaging. Within 1-2 days the odour should be gone. Are there any necessary preparations prior to installing the VersaRoll? Please ensure the floor is sealed and the area is free of moisture, then install the VersaRoll. NewAge Products will not be responsible if mold develops under the VersaRoll. There are stains on my roll floor how can I clean it? You can use soap and water. For heavier stains use industrial-grade cleaning product or dish detergent. I purchased a roll and the ends are turning up (curling) what can I do? Use some double sided indoor/outdoor carpet tape on the edges or glue the edges down with industrial-strength glue. Can I install VersaRoll flooring outside? The roll is made for inside use we do not recommend it for the outdoors or on a wooden deck. The roll is not optimized for outdoor use. The roll has been tested for indoor use only. How do I join the 2 rolls together? You can lay them side by side or overlap the rolls. How cold can the VersaRoll withstand?
