Draft Seal Ltd. & Kristrack Tomorrow s Innovative Solutions for Today s Doors & Windows Weathersealing Specialists Since Weatherstripping, Thresholds, Sweeps & Astragals Draft Seal Co. was founded in 1960 by Anton Kamensek then incorporated in 1973 as A. K. Draft Seal Ltd. During the 1990s we became known by our trademark name DraftSeal, the largest manufacturer of weatherstrip products in Western Canada. After his retirement in the early nineties, his son, Chris, who had been with the company since 1973, purchased DraftSeal and started the KrisTrack, Eclipse Architectural and DSD Hardware divisions. The year 2010 marked our 50th year in business as a manufacturer and supplier of weathersealing and door sill products for commercial and residential applications. In 2013 we introduced our new DS1 Storm - Sill System to comply with the new building code that requires exterior door sill systems to be tested for air, water and structural. We will be introducing our new DSF1 Accordion Screen, which is integrated with our DS1 Storm - Sill System. Our manufacturing centre in British Columbia, Canada, produces a line of weatherstrip and sill products for the pre-hung door industry as well as a do-it-yourself line of residential weatherstripping for the consumer market.
