Depending on the product purchased some may take less than 3 weeks and if there are any delays we will inform you of the delay and ask for a further one week to sort it out. If we are unable to sort out the delay, we will give you a complete refund of your order. 4. Returns we only accept returns if the item is damaged on delivery.
