36 Associations: eguarantees Control Activities Associations log in to the Association Portal to get access to real time information about the level of risk for all TIR electronic guarantees they have issued. They can quickly view current issues as well as the ratio of issues (past and/or present) per TIR holder. 36 Turkey Iran eguarantee Once having selected a TIR electronic guarantee, associations have a visual dashboard of all messages sent during the journey (or missing).
