2 E EO+ eo+ is an innovative modular panel and desking system that works for you in a variety of ways. Create workstations, conference rooms and teaming areas with components that are easy to mix, match and reconfigure. Panels can be freestanding or used with coordinating desking and storage components to provide varying degrees of privacy. Styles include full privacy, partial whiteboard, partially glazed and fully glazed. Worksurfaces provide ergonomic access to computers and provide generous space for a multitude of daily tasks. Off-desk accessories can be quickly and easily repositioned along the optional panel mounted rail. Electrical components are necessary for everyday use and include electrical and data receptacles that can be worksurface mounted. eo+ is easy to use and move; its lightweight components fit together with convenience and ease. The eo+ system of office furniture adapts as fast as your needs change. Features and Benefits Partially and fully glazed panels are available in Clear, Smoked and Frosted options. Partial whiteboard panels are available on one or two sides. Primary worksurfaces are 18, or 30 deep, the optimum reach of an individual. 2mm matching edge on all worksurfaces. Worksurface scoops keep wires neat and out of the way. Adapt power/data module provides worksurface access to two electrical outlets and two plugs with adapters. eo+ s pedestals can be worksurface-supporting or freestanding. Box drawers have one pencil tray and one plate divider. All drawers have steel ball bearing suspensions and lock. Overhead storage and personal towers add additional storage possibilities. Panel frames, legs and pedestals are available in Black and Tungsten 2. Accessories can attach to worksurfaces or panels using an accessory rail. Accessories available in Black and Frosted on most models. Partially glazed panels provide privacy and additional light. Electrical and data receptacles can be worksurface mounted. Worksurfaces are supported by steel pedestals, worksurface/panel supporting hardware and end panels. eo+ s load bearing panel frames accept 29 H worksurfaces. Off-desk accessory bars are at H and open shelves at 50 H. The top of the overhead storage cabinet can only be used on the 66 H panel when the top of it is even with the top of the 66 H panel. Islands and spanner islands are supported with square or tapered steel legs in conjunction with the above. Panels offer different degrees of privacy in a variety of styles. The entire eo+ panel is recyclable at the end of its life. All brackets and metal storage components consist of up to 30% recycled steel that can again be recycled. Durable epoxy powder coating used on all metal components contains no harmful VOC s or lead. Global laminate and seating products are in compliance with stringent emission guidelines set out by the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute under the standards for low emitting products and materials. Level 3 Certified. PRIVACY PANEL CONSTRUCTION Tackable substrate honeycomb core covered in fabric. Panels are constructed of lightweight aluminum with a self leveling feature to maintain even height of all panels and permit fast installation and reconfiguration. Honeycomb panel cores are made from 30% recycled card stock. Slotted verticals provide load bearing capabilities. Each panel comes with 2.5 glides allowing for 2 height adjustment and two full length capture strips. Patented knuckle-loc design ensures solid panel-to-panel connection. Universal corner post (two-way, three-way, four way). RULE #1 Panels supporting overhead storage units and/or worksurfaces must be vertically stabilized. These panels must have worksurfaces attached to the panels using any combination of the following: A - Mid-support gables (EMSG2xxP) B - End gables (EFG2xxP) C - Worksurface supporting pedestals with pedestal connecting brackets (GWPSxxxxF/EPTPBK) D - Wing panels that are the same width as the depth of the worksurface and incorporate a set of corner brackets (EEWSB) PANEL FABRICS Available in the following panel fabrics: - Grade 2 Lola - Grade 3 Anchorage, Brinx, Mariposa - Grade 4 Accent - Grade 5 Meander, Tracery, Universe A A D A The same fabric MUST BE used on both sides of the panel. C B C PANEL FRAMES eo+ extruded aluminum panel frames are made from remelt billets (recycled aluminum) whenever possible and can be recycled almost endlessly. eo+ s load bearing frames accept 29 H worksurfaces. IMPORTANT: When specifying and installing eo+ workstations with overhead storage units (shelves and overheads) and/or worksurfaces, the following rules must be followed. 4 E EO+ - NOTES RULE #3 The width of an overhead storage unit must correspond with the width of the supporting panel. RULE #4 Wherever possible balance the layout by using the same size and type of overhead storage unit on both sides of the same panel. This type of layout will ensure straight panel runs. GLAZED PANELS Allows additional light into a workstation while creating a more open office space. Partially glazed panels start at 31 from the floor. Partially glazed panels may also start at 42 from the floor as a no charge option by adding PG42 after the model # (ex: EPPG2466-PG42) Fully and partially glazed panels are available in the following finishes: - Specify CPG for Clear plexiglass panels - Specify SPG for Smoked plexiglass panels - Specify FPG for Frosted plexiglass panels PARTIAL WHITEBOARD PANELS Panels may be ordered with whiteboards in the upper portion of the panel on either one side or both sides. TO ORDER PARTIAL WHITEBOARD PANEL ON ONE SIDE: First specify the panel side which faces you INNER SIDE and then OUTER SIDE of the panel. RULE #6 A run of panels without worksurfaces should be no longer than 9-0 and must be supported with (A) wing panels at both ends, (B) a wing panel at one end and a selfsupporting foot (EESF-1) at the other end or (C) a wing panel at one end and a floor mount (EEFM) at the other end - not shown. Panel widths CANNOT exceed 60. WALL ACCESS PANEL 18 opening in the base of the panel (from 2 above the floor to 20 ) to allow easy access to electrical and data wall outlets. Power and communication cables are routed through cable scoops at the back of the worksurfaces. There is a space between the worksurface and panel to allow wires to pass through. Straight and transitional worksurfaces above 54 have two scoops. All other worksurfaces have one scoop, unless otherwise noted. All connection hardware must be ordered separately.
