Possession of this Price List does not constitute an offer to sell. Hours Order Desk: Monday - Friday - 7:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. Shipping & Receiving: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Monday thru Thursday Order Changes/Cancellations When OCI receives an order, it is assigned a Scheduled shipping week. Requests for changes, cancellations or postponements may be made via telephone, but they must be confirmed in writing. Any changes may result in a delay. A 25% restocking fee of the net value of items being returned applies. The customer must obtain an authorization number from Office Chairs, Inc. Customer will prepay freight. Only returns of new, unused merchandise will be considered. Any expense incurred to return products to resaleable conditions would be deducted from the refund. Cancellations will incur no cost prior to production. After production has begun, only actual costs incurred will be billed to the customer if merchandise cannot be resold within 6 months. Wood Disclaimer Due to natural variations in wood, the furniture that you receive may vary in color and grain from the sample. Customer s Own Material (C.O.M.) A deposit of 50% may be required on C.O.M. orders and on fabrics from Momentum or CF Stinson. A 30% restocking charge on any cancelled orders may apply. Custom Stain Matching OCI will accept stain match orders. There is a $195 net upcharge per order. All future orders with the same special stain will incur a 6% upcharge per order. Please send OCI the wood sample you would like us to match along with your purchase order with the type of chair(s) and quantity. We produce a strike-off and send it to our customer for approval. Once we have received final approval, we will place the order in our next regularly scheduled production. Repair Charges Factory authorization must be approved prior to incurring any repair charges or charge backs. Prices All prices are net and effective with the date printed on the cover and supersede all other published prices. All prices are suggested retail and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to notify all customers of such changes. Shipping OCI arranged freight is for dock to dock deliveries to our customers only. If you want orders delivered to your customers, there will be an additional charge. Please call OCI for freight quote. Freight Claims Please do not refuse merchandise damaged in transit. All shipments are picked up by your carrier in good condition. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to examine all merchandise at the time of delivery for the evidence of damage. All cartons must be opened and the contents checked for concealed damage. If the shipment is received short or damaged, please make a note on the Bill of Lading and file a claim with OCI. Things to keep in mind when receiving a damaged or short shipment: 1. Make sure carrier signs Bill of Lading with the discrepancy. 2. Write model number, type of damage you are claiming. 3. Save the carton from the damaged product. 4. Please contact OCI and make a claim within seven days. 8 C.O.M. / Fabric Information Customer s Own Material (C.O.M.) All shipments to OCI must be prepaid. OCI assumes no responsibility for the quality, durability or suitability of C.O.M. materials. Surplus C.O.M. will be returned to the customer only if specifically requested. All yardage figures are based upon our receipt of plain 54" wide material. A C.O.M. information sheet must be completed and submitted with a fabric sample for approval prior to order being processed. Information sheets can be obtained by calling our order desk. Stripes, patterns, or prints will require additional material. Extra fabric is required to match any pattern with matching repeats. Please use chart below as a guide and add to plain yardage requirements listed in your price book. Since durability and color fastness vary according to usage and warranties vary from supplier to supplier, OCI s warranty is limited to the extent of suppliers warranty. There is no warranty for fading, normal wear or misuse. COM/COL is not warranted for wear or long-term adhesion. Flammability All OCI upholstery covers and filling meet California Bureau of Home Furnishings Bulletin # All C.O.M. materials sold in the State of California must be accompanied by certification that they meet this code. It is the customer s responsibility to supply OCI with this certification or order cannot be processed. C.O.M. Pricing The approved C.O.M. price for non-directional fabric is the Grade A price. For a directional fabric or pattern matching, add 10%. For all Lounge Series hand cut and matched stripes, patterns or prints, you must add the upcharges below: Chair $27 Love Seat $36 Sofa $51 Please Note: All C.O.M. orders are not put into production until all C.O.M. is received and approved. Upon receipt, it will then go into our normal 2-3 week production schedule. If there is a combination of OCI fabrics and C.O.M., please advise if you wish to split the order for shipping.
