PIIROINEN Design Furniture Collection is composed of Finnish and Scandinavian designers furniture series. Even though each one of them has its unique features, the products are easy to combine as harmonious entities. Every piece of furniture is distinctive in its clear forms, clean-cut design and finished details. The collection includes chairs, stools, armchairs, task chairs, benches, lounge seating, sofas, tables, and outdoor furniture and auditorium seatings. The professional craftsmanship derives from our 65-year-experience within the metal industry and metal plating. TM-kaluste collection consists of high quality furniture designed for public spaces. The strengths of chairs, stools, benches and tables are good value for money, a wide range of material options and storability. The collection of tables offers a wide range of options from individual tables to large-scale desktop systems. The manufacturing methods and technologies vary from those of Piiroinen Design furniture i.e. in TM collection we use MIG welding. PIIROINEN furniture is designed and manufactured to last long and bring joy to its users.

4 3/5 GENERAL INFORMATION This price list is valid since 1 st of January 2016 until further notice and it replaces all previous price lists. We reserve the right to revise the prices. 1. Stain is dissolvent dilutable. It does not contain heavy metals nor formaldehyde. Surface lacquer contains mildly formaldehyde. Stained surface is easy to maintain, usually no special cleaning agents are required. If dirt is ink or any other difficult liquid, try cleaning with e.g. window cleaner that contains ethanol (dilute with water). Do not use any kind of rubbing powder or rubbing liquid. Strong solvents like acetone damages the surface. 2. Metal finish options 2.1 Standard finishes Outdoor furniture is powder coated for outdoor purpose in tone RAL 9006.

Upholstery 3.1 Customer's own fabric (COM) Customer purchases fabric and sends it to PIIROINEN Delivery Duty Paid (DDP Salo, Finland, Incoterms 2010). The edge is straight wooden edge, finished to match the top. Other finishes are available on request. 4.2 Dale collection Standard top thickness is 30 mm, plywood interior. Standard finish is lacquered or stained birch. Top is bevelled; the edge is finished to match the top. Other finishes are available on request. 4.3 Option collection Standard top thickness is 25 mm, MDF interior board. Standard finish is lacquered or stained birch. Top is bevelled; edge is finished to match the top. Other finishes are available on request.

ABS plastic edge or straight wood edge, which is natural lacquered birch C110 or stained to match the top. Standard laminate colour options are white, black and grey. Other colours, edge details and edge finishes are available on request. 5.2 Dale collection Standard top thickness is 30 mm, plywood interior. Edge is bevelled. Bevel and edge are stained to match the top colour. Standard laminate colour options are white, black and grey. Other colours are available on request. 5.3 Option collection Massive laminate top. Standard top thickness is 10 mm, core black, surface white. Edge is always black. 5.4 TM-kaluste collection Standard top thickness is 25 mm, chipboard interior. ABS plastic edge to match the top. Standard laminate colour options are white, black and grey. Also available with CPL laminate, thickness 22 mm, colour options white, black and grey. 6. Glass tops 6.1 Arena collection Opal glass top is available for Arena 080. Standard thickness of the glass is 10 mm. Please note that the top rests on suction pads on the base, no screws or glue are used Option and Grand Canyon collections Clear glass is available for both collections. Standard thickness of the glass is 10 mm. Please note that top rests on the frame, no screws or glue are employed. 7. Table height Standard height of dining tables is 720 mm and 470 mm of the coffee tables. Tables Arena 400, Arena 500, Arena 800 and Option are also available in counter height 930 mm and bar height 1080 mm. Standard height of XO tables is 340 mm. 8. Production time Production time of standard products is 4-6 weeks from receiving order. Larger orders and orders to be manufactured during holiday season will be confirmed case by case. 9. 7 PIIROINEN FURNITURE COLLECTIONS General conditions of purchase - Appendix to the 2016 Price list Prices EURO excl. VAT, valid since 1st of January, 2016 Terms of delivery EXW Salo, Incoterms 2010 Time of delivery For standard products 4-6 weeks from receipt of order. Packing Payment terms Export packing 30 days net. First orders are delivered pre-paid, on L/C or bank quarantee only. Larger orders to be negotiated separately. The delivered goods remain the property of Arvo Piiroinen Oy until the payment is settled. Interest on overdue payments is 1,2% per month from the date of invoice. We reserve us the right to send you a revised price list, should there be unexpected changes in salaries or in raw material prices. Transport damages and product defects Transport damages and product defects have to be claimed in writing within 7 days from arrival of goods. A note has to be made in the Bill of Lading, when receiving goods with obvious damages, for instance broken cartons. Shipments back to supplier always have to be agreed in advance. Remarks to order documentation Remarks to contents of our acknowledgement of order or invoice have to be made by within two days from receiving order confirmation.
