4 Bennington VS. Tracker Fit & Finish Trackers plastic console bases are all vinyl wrapped and can be easily kicked and torn. Additionally, there is no door. Tracker uses U bolts, not cleats for mooring. This makes attaching and removing dock lines difficult. Welds throughout the Tracker line are rough looking and are NOT anodized. d They will turn black during the first season. Tracker s gates feature two small aluminum hinges as opposed to a full length stainless steel piano hinge. The piano hinge costs more, but it does not bind.

5 Bennington VS. Tracker Fit & Finish Tracker bow corners do not feature full radius structural support. Also not the wiring is not loom wrapped. Tracker uses non marine (non sealed) butt connectors even under the deck! You will never see this on a Bennington. This bracket is just wasted material with nothing connected to it.

11 Tracker Performance Tracker s design includes and engine pod that extends well beyond the stern of the boat. Not only does this excessive set back impede performance, but their engines are almost totally submerged in water when underway. Why does Tracker set the engine back so far? Good questions. It results in poor performance and spray all over the engine and the fuel tank fill. Better make sure you have a water separating fuel filter if you own a Tracker! Wires / cables not protected from debris in water. Inconvenient fuel fill hard to fill susceptible to water intrusion
