3 TearTuff Mesh TearTuff Construction TearTuff mesh is woven from high strength polyester fibers with a protective coating of PVC around them. Similar to the fibers used on the treestand attachment straps, the polyester fibers are many times stronger than steel. Further, the PVC coating ensures that this structural fiber will not deteriorate. The PVC shields the fibers from all harmful elements including UV light. Similar to how Polyester strapping replaced steel chains for treestands in the 90s, TearTuff and those that copy will no doubt replace metal seats. TearTuff is strong. All Rivers Edge treestands are tested to more than their rated capacity per TMA requirements, and TearTuff holds up without fail. The construction of TearTuff eliminates deterioration ensuring that your TearTuff mesh will hold up for the life of your treestand. Since TearTuff seats do not require foam or other cushioning, you won t have to deal with squirrels or other destructive critters tearing apart your seat cushions in search of bedding material. 3

16 Nothing Attaches Tight to a tree like a Big Foot Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Tighten strap to tree with platform folded up. With the 2 strap, pull the loose end as tight as possible. Tighten strap by pushing down on treestand. Pull stand firmly in downward direction and tighten strap. Tighten strap by pivoting platform down. The final step pulls the uprights away from the tree, making the strap extremely tight.
