The profile and design of the CONTI SYNCHHOBELT and CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CXP III doublesided timing belts are identical to the singlesided belts; both sides can withstand equal stressing. CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CXP III double-sided timing belts are suitable for synchronous drives with same-sense and counterrotating motion. They allow space- and weight-saving compact drives with an efficiency of up to 98%. The drives are quiet and maintenancefree. There is no need for lubrication or re-tensioning after installation provided they are initially pretensioned correctly. CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CXP III doublesided timing belts are: moderately resistant to oil remain stable over a temperature range from 100 C to 20 C according to application resistant to ageing and ozone suitable for use in tropical climates electrically conductive (CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CXP III) CONTI SYNCHROBELT double-sided timing belts are particularly suitable for economic drive solutions with smalltoothed pulleys or high peripheral speeds.
