Very important the correct assembly of the welding door-hinge (figure on right). The hinge is not symmetrical about its axis of rotation, therefore has an assembling direction that as shown in the figure brings the greatest protrusion of the eye to the inside of the door. 38 INSIDE LOADING PLATFORM

39 STEEL HINGE Width on the pillar Back doors Please read carefully the technical information Be careful when using STEEL HINGES as shown at the right side, you can measure the whole width of 2550 (LP), since the hinges must be assembled to thread wall. In this way the maximum width of the box is also the maximum width of the door. ALUMINIUM HINGE The springs included in the profile hinge give priority to the rotation pivot to the side of the pillar to avoid damage to the gasket of the door in the operations of opening and closing. Width on the pillar In the case of door-hinge aluminium use it s the door that gives the maximum vehicle adaptability (2550). The panel beater will have to bear in mind that the overall dimensions of two aluminium hinges are (3+3) 6 mm, so the external width on the pillars should not exceed the size of 2544 otherwise the vehicle is out of adaptability. Calculating the size we consider (as shown in the figure at right side) an increase of 20 mm in height both to the roof and the floor, for a total of 40 mm, then the measure of our door is higher than internal path 40 mm, such as an internal path port = 2800 has a height of The measure we use makes it possible to mount on the roof and floor keepers and hooks and various accessories without running the risk of lack of space, such as a measure of 35 mm instead of the 20 required per side, assuming a roof level of 100 could lead to a lack of space for mounting the keepers and hooks or other accessories. Pay attention, the extent of 18 mm. is very important for proper overlap of the gaskets (as shown in the figure below). N.B.: Pay attention: the measures reported on this page also allows the calculation of the width of the single door panel, this may also be useful as a verification of the door when problems arise.
