2 What are Megaprojects? They are large-scale projects distinguished by cost, complexity and the potential impact on the community. Collectively, these projects represent several billion dollars in significant transportation improvements all long overdue. When completed, they will offer travelers more choices to reach their destinations, including improvements to multiple modes of transportation.
