3 Brief History Established in First Wire Drawing Plant of India Rod Mill was setup in 1935 JEMCO (Jamshedpur Engineering & Machine Manufacturing Company) was setup in 1934 and got merged with ISWPL in 1991 ISWP was closed during Was put under BIFR in 2001 Tata Steel took over in December 2003 with 92 % share holding Plant was restored and production stabilized New Business of Electrodes started in 2009 First TBEM Assessment done in 2012 and was put under Band Got delisted from CSE in March 13 Now an unlisted company Presently a positive net worth company and has come out of BIFR Re-started Fastener Division on Nail Business started in November
