Our goal is to supply model railroaders with modern building kits like motels, fast food places, restaurants, strip malls, etc. Motels: #SMFS Summit Motel, HO scale Summit Motel, full version Modern motel kit in HO scale. This is the full version with 2 room wings, tower and entrance awning. Because of its size (15" x 13" plus parking lot), the full version is intended for use on large home layouts or club layouts. The smaller backdrop version (14" x 8½ plus parking lot) will be easier to fit in to home layouts. The kit includes all building parts and window frames milled in white styrene, clear window glazing, LaserKit shake shingles roofing, self adhesive "Summit Motel" signs, and full step-by-step assembly instructions with pictures. The motel can be painted to match almost any chain motel. The parking lot base is not included because each modeler will want to shape it to fit his layout.
