This system is a first of a kind, and will work towards assisting PNB to optimise it s compliance needs as well as meet the requirements of Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) towards an industry Common Reporting Platform (ComRep). Tricor Roots recently completed a comprehensive Business Continuity Test (BCP Test) for Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad (CMSB) involving a HQ Mobilisation exercise. The comprehensive BCP Test is part of CMSB s Business Continuity strategy to build resilience around it s core operations. The BCP Test was personally attended and spearheaded by Dato Richard Curtis, Group Managing Director of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad, demonstrating Management s commitment to building organisational resilience. 4 2. Permodalan Nasional Berhad, one of Malaysia s leading Premier Investment Institution, selects Q-RADAR to automate and enhance its Regulatory & Invest Portfolio Compliance Framework. As part of its journey to elevate its Compliance Management to the next level, Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) has selected the Q-RADAR system from Tricor Roots Consulting to automate and enhance its Regulatory & Invest Portfolio Compliance Framework. A critical element of the engagement configure and customize the Q-RADAR Corporate Compliance Exchange (CCX) module to meet PNB s specific Compliance Analysis and Reporting process. The PNB Compliance System will be the first of its kind integrating core back-end systems, with built in Intelligence to actively track regulatory updates and monitor compliance levels. Importantly, the system will also be configured consistent with the Common Reporting Platform (ComRep) from the Securities Commission Malaysia. This integrated approach will greatly drive efficiency, provide a robust process to analyse trends and compliance issues and provide the platform for a dynamic Compliance Function.
