12 11 03 Our Services Manufacturing Facility Bespoke Designs HLGI delivers exceptional solutions by collaborating, innovating, designing and delivering flawless results that exceed client expectations. Whether you re after a complete turn-key design and fitout solution, or specialist design and or joinery workmanship. HLGI s attention to detail and wide range of services deliver extraordinary results. Using our dedicated manufacturing facility in Dubai, covering an area of 7,000 square metres, HLGI houses state-of-the-art CNC machinery and woodworking equipment, which complements the team s skilled craftmanship in decorative marquetry, bespoke handworked joinery items, as well as detailed and specialised painting and lacquering. Custom-made to exacting specification, HLGI s bespoke designs are of exceptional quality and directly respond to the client s brief for unique detailing. HLGI s specialist finishes, including plaster, drywall, marble, doors & frames, wood & metal finishes, panelling, and soft furnishings are delivered once detailed workshop drawings are drafted and approved to ensure the design intent has been met. HLGI s made-to-measure products are available ex-factory or can be delivered and installed by HLGI s team of experienced fitters. HLGI s installation team is able to work to demanding site constraints and tight deadlines, ensuring all work is safely carried out and finished to the highest standards.

13 OUR SERVICES HABTOOR LEIGHTON GROUP INTERIORS 12 Door Sets Pre-fabricated Components Dupont Corian Products HLGI is an internationally accredited company approved to manufacture fire doors with a fire rating up to 120 minutes. HLGI has the required equipment to produce high quality fire rated and non-fire rated door sets, including automated panel saws, edge banders, presses and moulders that are tooled for the repetitive production of door sets. HLGI is equipped to service hotel and residential markets that call for pre-fabricated, repetitive items with few variations such as multiple kitchen units, wardrobes, headboards, luggage chests, vanity units, credenzas, coffee tables, side tables, skirting, window sills and dado rails. HLGI is certified by DuPont as an official fabricator of its Corian products a high quality hard-top surface used in offices, hotels, residential homes and apartments, luxury yachts, and more frequently in hospitals. HLGI is one of a few DuPont certified fabricators and providers in the region. HLGI is certified to European and North American standards.

The experienced teams are led by project managers and supported by innovative designers, technically proficient engineers, procurement and logistics experts, QA/QC and health & safety teams. Together they ensure every project is professionally planned, delivered and executed. HLGI employs over 500 core staff throughout the UAE, but draws on a larger pool of HLG talent in response to client and project needs with HLG employing more than 25,000 people. Quality HLGI is both Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) certified guaranteeing production techniques and products that conform to high standards. Safety management committees undertake monthly safety audits of every project to ensure their compliance with the safety policy and international certification OHSAS18001:2007 for the Group s occupational health and safety system.

We are certified to ISO14001:2004.
