Buyers Premium/Tax Buyer s premium of 10% will be charged on the first $2,500 of the last bid made or recieved (the hammer price) for each item, and 3.9% on the balance. TAX will be applied on hammer & premium prices depending on the location of the buyer. Registration Requirements All new buyers must provide the following in order to obtain a bidder number Photographic ID eg. Passport/Driving Licence Company TAX Number Deposit - 10% of projected spend with a minimum deposit of $15,000 via E-payment, cash, bankers draft, debit or credit card or bank transfer. Please note deposits will be returned on auction day to those customers who have been unsuccessful in their bids and have paid by cash or cheque. Those who have paid by card into the bank will take at least a week to be returned. Regular Buyers Regular buyers must provide photographic identifiction at each auction. Payment Check/Cash/Banker s Draft is acceptable on the sale date only. Credit Card Payments are also accepted but are subject to a 3% bank service charge which is non refundable.
