1 YBHG TAN SRI AZLAN ZAINOL Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman Tan Sri Azlan Zainol ("Tan Sri Azlan") was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and formalised as Chairman of RHB Bank on 27 July 2005 and 29 July 2005, respectively. He also serves as a Member of the Board Nominating & Remuneration Committee. Tan Sri Azlan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Fellow of Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers. Tan Sri Azlan was previously the Chief Executive Officer of the Employees Provident Fund Board until his retirement in April He has more than 29 years of experience in the financial sector, having served as the Managing Director of AmBank Berhad and prior to that, as the Managing Director of AmFinance Berhad. Tan Sri Azlan's other directorships in public companies include RHB Investment Bank Berhad (Chairman), Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (Chairman), Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited (Singapore), Eco World International Berhad (Chairman), RHB Capital Berhad (In Member s Voluntary Winding Up) and Rashid Hussain Berhad (In Member's Voluntary Winding Up). He is also the Chairman of Yayasan Astro Kasih and a trustee of OSK Foundation.

2 YBHG TAN SRI SAW CHOO BOON Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Tan Sri Saw Choo Boon ( Tan Sri Saw ) was appointed as a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of RHB Bank on 15 June He also serves as the Chairman of the Board Nominating & Remuneration Committee, Board Risk Committee as well as a Member of the Board Audit Committee. Tan Sri Saw holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from the University of Malaya. Tan Sri Saw joined Shell in 1970 as a Refinery Technologist in Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad. He then served in various capacities in manufacturing, supply, trading and planning in Malaysia, Singapore and Netherlands. In 1996, Tan Sri Saw was appointed Managing Director of Shell MDS (Malaysia) Sendirian Berhad. In , he assumed the positions of Managing Director for Oil Products (Downstream) Shell Malaysia and Managing Director of Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad. In 1999, with the globalisation of the Shell Oil Products business, he was appointed the Vice-President of the commercial business in the Asia-Pacific region and in 2004 he became the President of Shell Oil Product East. In 2005, he assumed the role of Vice-President Global Marine Products. Tan Sri Saw was appointed the Chairman of Shell Malaysia on 1 March He was also the Vice President Business Development Asia Pacific responsible for developing the commercial businesses in new market entries in Asia China, India, Indonesia and Vietnam. Mr Ong has over 34 years of audit and accounting experience. He is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("MICPA") and Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He was a partner of Ernst & Young from 1984 to His last held position in Ernst & Young was as the National Director of Assurance and Advisory Business Services. He also served on committees and working groups of MICPA. Mr Ong's other directorships in public companies include RHB Insurance Berhad (Chairman), Daiman Development Berhad, LCTH Corporation Berhad, George Kent (Malaysia) Berhad and HELP International Corporation Berhad.

ABDUL AZIZ PERU MOHAMED Independent Non-Executive Director Abdul Aziz Peru Mohamed ("Encik Aziz Peru") was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of RHB Bank on 7 February 2011.

4 ABDUL AZIZ PERU MOHAMED Independent Non-Executive Director Abdul Aziz Peru Mohamed ("Encik Aziz Peru") was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of RHB Bank on 7 February He also serves as a Member of the Board Credit Committee. Encik Aziz Peru attended various training programmes at the Harvard Business School and Pacific Bankers Rim programmes in the United States of America. Encik Aziz Peru is currently the Chief Executive Officer/Director of As-Salihin Trustee Berhad, a trust company specialising in Islamic estate planning. He held various Senior Management positions in the banking industry with almost 30 years in an accomplished career track spanning management of branch network and retail banking. He spent most of his working years at Malayan Banking Berhad, where his last position was General Manager, Consumer Banking Division. He was also formerly the Senior General Manager of AmBank Berhad from 2002 to During the years in the banking industry, he was appointed as Chairman of the Rules Committee of the Association of Banks of Malaysia and has held several other key positions including as a Board Member of Mayban Property Trust and Mayban Trustees Bhd. Tan Sri Ong holds a Capital Markets and Services Representative's licence issued by the Securities Commission of Malaysia under the Capital Markets and Services Act, 2007 for dealing in securities. Tan Sri Ong was a Director of MESDAQ from July 1999 to March 2002 and a member of the Capital Market Advisory Council appointed by the Securities Commission in 2004 to advise on issues relating to the implementation of the Capital Market Master Plan. He was a director on the Board of Bursa Malaysia Berhad from 2008 to 2015 and was previously a member of the Securities Market Consultative Panel of Bursa Malaysia. For over 17 years since 1969, Tan Sri Ong was attached to a leading financial institution where he last held the position of Senior General Manager. He commenced his professional career at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company from 2000 to His role as Head of Group Financing Department focused on the identification and pursuit of investment strategies reflecting a balanced investment portfolio. During that time, Mr Al-Fahim also worked as a corporate finance consultant for KPMG-Dubai from 2001 to 2002 and for HSBC Bank at Project and Export Finance Division-London in Since September 2008, Mr Al-Fahim has been Head of Finance at the Finance & Accounts Department of International Petroleum Investment Company PJSC ("IPIC"). He represents IPIC as a board member on various boards of investee companies, including EDP Energia de Portugal, Aabar Investments PJS, Arabtec Holdings PJSC, Al Izz Islamic Bank and Depa Interiors. Mr Chin holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Economics from the University of Leeds and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also Members of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Mr Chin has retired as a partner of KPMG, one of the leading accounting firms on 31 December 2013, after having served the firm for more than 34 years in the United Kingdom, Vietnam and Malaysia. Mr Chin's vast experience covers business solutions in areas such as strategy, human resources, performance improvement to the public and infrastructure sector, consumer and industrial markets, and financial services industry. Throughout his long career with KPMG, Mr Chin had his experience in the audit function before specializing in taxation for 14 years. He was responsible for setting up the KPMG practice in Vietnam and subsequently headed KPMG's consulting practice for more than 7 years. Mr Chin's other directorships in public companies include RHB Islamic International Asset Management Berhad, TAHPS Group Berhad and Otto Marine Ltd, a shipping company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Dato' Sri Syed Zainal began his career as a Project Engineer with Petronas Gas Sdn Bhd in 1987, prior to joining Petroliam Nasional Berhad in 1992 as the Senior Executive of the Company's Corporate Planning & International Business Development Unit. He then left to join HICOM Holdings Berhad in 1995, where he assumed various senior positions in the Company. Dato' Sri Syed Zainal lent his expertise to PERODUA when he was appointed as Senior General Manager in Subsequently, he was appointed Executive Director of PERODUA Auto Corporation Sdn Bhd in 2002, and later promoted to Deputy Managing Director of PERODUA in October On 1 January 2006, he was appointed as the Group Managing Director of PROTON Holdings Berhad. Dato Abdul Rahman began his career at Arthur Andersen, London and later served as Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman of Trenergy (M) Berhad / Turnaround Managers Inc Sdn Bhd. He subsequently joined Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad, the country s national asset management company and later went on to become Executive Director of SSR Associates Sdn Bhd.
