5 Maha Mas Medic Services SdnBhd (A.K.A Mahamas Ambulance)is the largest privately own ambulance service provider in Malaysia. With more than 30 unit of Ambulance at our disposal, we have the capability to cater to any type of ambulance based services. From normal your average ambulance services, to the not so normal ambulance service such as International Medical Transfer, and Construction site Standby. Even though Ambulance Service is our core business, we still like to keep the extra edge in the game by providing other related services which includes but not limited to:- Intorduction to Maha Mas Medic Services SdnBhd Emergency Ambulance Service (applicable for KL and selected Melaka area only) Inter-hospital Medical Transfer Service (Emergency / Non-emergency) AOR Medical Transfer Service to Home, Hospital, or other location. As you can clearly see, most of our services are ambulance related services. Aside from the above service, we also provide custom ambulance based services that can be tailored to suite any of our customer needs. As the saying goes, the customer is always right. Mahamas A Brief History Our history began in the year of Our very first Business / Operation Office is an average size third floor shop lot, and quite strategically situated at the Bandar BaruSentul intersection in JalanSentul, Kuala Lumpur. Due to this strategic placement, we were able to utilize it as our first advertisement medium. To our luck, on the first day of our operation we were able to get an interstate medical transfer. Our very first ambulance is quite a humble vehicle, InokomPermas. Although it is not that nice to look at, it is quite a reliable vehicle. As an extra edge, we have ensured that our ambulance equipment is fully equipped and stock. That has been our practice since then. As the demands for our service grew, so does our ambulance fleet. Beginning with only one unit in 2004, it grew to two units by 2006, four units by 2007 and keeps growing to twelve units by By 2009, due to space constrain of our office, we have to opt to relocate to a more spacious building at Jalan Pahang Kecil, Off Jalan Pahang, Kuala Lumpur. Looking ahead in 2013 and beyond, the next mile stone for our company, we have acquire of a 4 stories building in the heart of Kuala Lumpur to establish our own building which has been since renamed to WISMA MAHAMAS. In early 2014, we have held a grand celebration to mark our 10 th year anniversary. This has been held at Taman TasikPermaisuri, Kuala Lumpur.

We have a well diverse ambulance based services, however to facilitate easy reference of our services through our company profiles, Mahamas Ambulance will only provide info on our basic and regular services. EMERGENCY AMBULANCE SERVICE This is the most basic form of ambulance service offered by our company; it is an almost identical to the service provided by Government Ambulance Service and NGO Service provider. The only difference is in the "Response Time", Mahamas Ambulance will response faster than any other Ambulance Service Provider. However, this service is only available for selected locations only due to "Response Time" limitation. For now, the service is available at these locations only:- Kuala Lumpur and Surrounding Area - Ambulance is dispatched from our Main Office in Jalan Pahang, Kuala Lumpur Melaka - Ambulance is dispatched from our Melaka Branch MEDICAL TRANSFER SERVICE This is a more advance form of ambulance service offered by our company. Basically, we provide emergency and non-emergency medical transfer service to any locations throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and even to Thailand. Upon request, we will equip our ambulance with advance life-support equipment that would help to prolong the patient s life. Please refer to our Ambulance Medical Equipment s list for the complete items on our ambulance equipment. Aside from the equipment, the strong point of our service is our dedicated personnel. As all of our ambulance is well equipped with the standard and essential equipment, we have ensure that our personnel had been properly trained to use these equipment in administering immediate and life sustaining emergency medical treatments if the need ever arise.

Mahamas Ambulance based on request and contract will provide ambulance and medical crew coverage for any unforeseen medical emergency at the designated locations. In basic term, we will setup and prepare advance first aid base and provide emergency medical transportation to the nearest medical centre should the need ever arise. These courses are more toward hands-on courses that does not only give theoretical information but also let the participants practice the step and technique that has been taught by the instructor. We can assure you that all of our instructors are highly qualified and has a long and clean record in First Aid and CPR teachings. The basic courses are as follows: 1. INTRODUCATION TO FIRST AID & CPR Description: The purpose of the programs is to provide the basic knowledge of First Aid and CPR in a relatively short period of time. It covers the essential aspects of First Aid and Basic Life support which includes topics such as Wounds & Bleeding, Fractures, Bums, and Shock etc. It is suitable for agencies which can't afford long training hours. The objective is to prepare lay persons with basic skills on how to recognize and manage common injuries. 2. BASIC FIRST AID Description: This course covers a wide scope to include almost all the essential aspects of First Aid at the basic level. The objective is to provide the basic grounding in First Aid and produce a qualified First Aider. It is highly recommended for Industries which have longer training hours. 3. BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Description: This course covers entire aspects of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation technique. The objective is to provide lay persons on the techniques of life saving cases.
