3 INTRODUCTION The QAI is a leading consultant in integrating continual improvement, quality/haccp, health, safety and environmental management systems with business improvements - successfully completing well over 100 projects over the last decade. For its outstanding capability and performance, QAI Sdn Bhd the quality division of the Group was appointed by CIDB to spearhead and implement its DIY ISO 9000 program nationwide. The Health, Safety and Environment division of the Group provides environmental training to recognized standards set by IEMA UK as well as consultancy and auditing services. QAI Sdn Bhd in partnership with the world renowned Kaizen Institute Japan, now provide effective change management, productivity and process improvement consultancy and training to assist clients to operate a cost competitive business and achieve world class standards. 9 Information Security Management System ISO/IEC ISMS specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented Information Security Management System within the context of the organization's overall business risks. It specifies requirements for the implementation of security controls customized to the needs of individual organizations or parts thereof.
