Insert User ID, Password, and choose CRM for workspace and then click on button. IV. If login unsuccessful, an error message will be shown. V. If login successfully, a dashboard page will be appeared, as shown by Figure (c) below. VI. 6 iv. The process is different between N.Sembilan, Melaka and Johor. If from N.Sembilan, CPK will send case to workshop for work order and approval taking materials from Store. If from Melaka or Johor, CPK will send back to requester once completed with repairing. v. Then after fill-up required fields, CPK will submit case to Workshop. vi.
