ON-SITE SERVICE Under its Customer Delight program, Canon provides on-site support for its corporate customers, from 8.30am till 10.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am till 1.00pm on Saturdays (except State & Public Holidays). CENTRAL HELPDESK Central Helpdesk was set up as a single point of contact for customers with servicerelated requests (on-site service, toner requests or in-house service repair status) or other general enquiries through a single hotline number and address. It operates from 8.30am till 6.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am till 1.00pm on Saturdays (except State & Public Holidays).
