The main office comprises of 7 full time professionals. The field offices are in all districts with 30 field officers working 365 days a year. Field Officers of each field offices collect the candidates, explain them the job orders and bring them to Kathmandu for interview, medical and at the time of deployment. The Field-Based Officers/Executives responds to management team about the availability of human resources in their areas, per-interview the applicants, prepare the bio data, collect passports and other necessary documents and deposit to our Data Bank. They will bring the workers for interview. They will work as BRIDGE between head office and the candidates. They will be responsible bringing workers to Kathmandu at the time of mobilization. 4 - the categories workers are sent for trade test and are qualified to perform the tasks as per the grades given by the experts, - facilitation of Language Training to the workers where necessary, - the workers are told about the nature of jobs and the details of salary structure, - facilitation of Refresher Training as required by the employer, - conduct Video-taped Pre-Departure Orientation to the workers will be carried out few days prior to the departure. This orientation focuses on reminding the job, job responsibilities, salary, payment system of the company, thorough discussion on employment contract paper, information of the company, country, cultural information, do's and don'ts, adaptation strategies, working and cultural shocks they might encounter during the first three months, information of personal safety, airport procedures etc, - running our own travel agency named Muskan Travel and Tours to secure seats on dates in order to mobilize workers on time to concerned countries. Our Responsibilities 1. To supply employer with a maximum number of pre-screened, quality applicants for interview where employer intends to facilitate interview. 2. If employer delegates us to facilitate interview on their behalf, we request employer to provide us the nature of workers, specification of required workers, and selection guidelines. 3. Manage programmatic and logistical requirement of screening, interviewing, trade test. 4. Manage required facilities for interview. 5. To deliver complete set of bio data with required documents to the employer by given deadline. 6. Acknowledge communication from the employer and respond in a prompt and efficient manner. 7. Promptly notify employer of any changes in locations, contact numbers of office. 8. Promptly notify the employer any changes in government policies and procedures. 9. To mobilize workers within the given deadline by the employer. Notify employer 72 hours prior to the admission. 10. Cooperate and assist employer in every events of recruitment. 11. Assist employer to resolve in the event of misunderstanding, dispute and disagreement between the employer and workers. 12. Explain the workers just and true information about the work and salary. 13. Receive feedback positively and accommodate the feedback.

5 Responsibilities of Employer/ Recruiting Agent 1. Supply us with detailed job description for required positions, including information on job title, description of duties, salary, job location, working hours per day, working days in a week, accommodation facilities, food facilities, overtime facilities, insurance facilities, medical facilities, leave benefits, transportation and other major terms and conditions of employment contract. 2. Confirm us with the total hiring goal, required number of workers, date of interview or deadline to deliver bio data. 3. Provide necessary recruitment documents with necessary attestation from required government authorities to meet the Labour Department formalities to obtain pre-permission and final permission to mobilize the workers. 4. Confirm us by providing pay slips of the workers of first month to ensure that hired workers are placed in the same company and position confirmed to them in the employment contract paper. 5. Timely communication updating us on the developments on recruitment program such as information upon submission for visa, name list of workers those application is submitted for visa, expected date of release of visa, date to admit workers. 6. Provide us immediate feedback on our performances. 7. Provide us timely and constructive feedback to upgrade our management skills and services. Manpower Availability Our company has always been focusing on providing the best manpower available in Nepal. We have an optimum number of qualified sub-agents to make it happen and the same also is doing through media such as Newspaper (local and National newspaper). However we do not hesitate to inform to all that Nepal is a country with limited population. Industries in Nepal can be counted in fingers. 6 Required Documents for Employment Every country has its own rules and regulations in supplying workers to the destination country. We are all bound with the rules and regulations of Labour Department of our government. In order to make it happen, there are certain documents that our government requires in order to approve the overseas requirements and to mobilize the workers to the concerned country. The documents required are as follows: 1. Demand Letter (sample attached) [Required for all the countries] 2. Power of Attorney (sample attached) [Required for all the countries] 3. Employment Contract Paper (sample attached) [Required for all the countries] 4. Affidavit/Sworn Statement (sample attached) [Required for Malaysia only] 5. Letter to Labour Department (sample attached) [Required for all the countries] 6. Letter to Malaysian Embassy in Nepal (sample attached) [Required for Malaysia only] 7. Agency Agreement Letter (sample attached) [Required for all the countries] 8. Approval Letter (sample attached) [Required for all the countries] 9. English version of Translation of KDN Approval [Required for Malaysia only] 10. We submit in the labour department for First Approval Screening of the Candidates Dispatch of the bio-data & Medical (Via , Fax or courier whichever applicable) Upon receipt of the documents, Employer must apply for the visa and send us the visa (via , fax, courier whichever applicable) Visa Received by Overseas Agency Final Approval from the Labour Department Ticketing is done at the same time and we inform the company about the departure date of the workers.
