3 A BRIEF HISTORY 5 years of Engineering Excellence Anpec Global Corporation or ANPEC is a reputable engineering and construction contractor specializing in High Voltage, industrial and bulding facilities. Since its incorporation on 8 th June 2004, Anpec has secured and succesfully completed sizeable order and contracts from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB),Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Indonesia, Manila Electrical Company (Meralco), Siemens, UiTM, numerous of Steel Mills and Cements Plant in the SEA region and etc. As an energetic wholly Bumiputra owned engineering company, ANPEC was establised primarily to provide complete supply, installation, testing and comissioning as well as operation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation along the fields of low voltage wiring to high voltage utilities substation and industrial installation. ANPEC is Malaysia sole agent of Terman Srl Italy, provides complete range of equipments and accessories for control and protection of distribution and power transformers. ANPEC is also country distributor of Baker Instrument from USA, a pioneer in manufacture of rotating equipment / motor tester equipment. Through the years, ANPEC has actively ventured in numerous areas, expanding in size as well as offering a wider variety of service in the engineering field. In 2008 ANPEC had registered as Class C civil contractor. ANPEC sees itself as a cutting-edge organization with an excellent combination of competent personnel with expertise in various field, young talented professionals, and a customer-focused culture.

6 BOARD OF DIRECTOR RASHID SALLEH Managing Director Rashid Salleh graduated in Electric Engineering from the University Technology of Malaysia, trained in Germany, Australia and Italy in High Voltage Engineering field. He had been working as Service Manager (Technical) with MR Malaysia (world leading manufacturer of On Load Tap Changer for Power Transformer). His far-sighted leadership and professionalism is reflected in his ability to capitalize on his more than 11 years of impressive engineering, business and corporate affairs experience. He is known as an able entrepreneur and young talented corporate leader. MOHD ZAMZURI SIDEK Executive Director Comercial and Operation Mohd Zamzuri Sidek holds a B. Eng. (Mechatronics) and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from University Technology of Malaysia, He was a Research Officer at Electronic and Telecommunication Research Center, UTM Skudai before joining Siemens Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a key member of the switching Engineer. He has also acquired considerable experience in networking and digital switching technology. His last professional assignment before joining Anpec was as the Head of ICT & Engineering Solutions of a technology-based industry player in Kuala Lumpur.
