5 Opticom Equipment and Upgrades Fire Rescue Services Florida Department of Transportation (FOOT) Bid No.: ITB-DOT-15/ GH-4 Award Amount: $250,930 Transportation Control Systems, Inc.; Tampa, FL as awarded by FOOT.
