Documents Required for Verification: Original documents with two sets of photocopies of each to be submitted at the time of Admission failing which the admission will be denied 1. MBA Entrance Test 2017 Hall Ticket 2. Proof of Urdu as a language/medium at 10 th /12 th or equivalent from madarasa board / Graduation 3. Marks sheet of 10 th /SSC/equivalent board examination 4. Marks Sheet and Certificate of 12 th or equivalent 5. Marks Sheet and Degree of Graduation or equivalent 6. Transfer certificate(from the institution last attended) 7. Migration certificate(from the institution last attended) 8. Valid caste / category certificate (format prescribed by Government of India) if applicable 9. Bonafide / Conduct certificate (from the institution last attended) 10. Four passport size latest colour photographs of Candidate 11. One Photograph each of Parents / Guardian 12. Requisite Admission fee for specific program (as mentioned in Prospectus p. 29) to be submitted through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking after provisional seat allotment. Please ensure to carry your Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking Account with sufficient funds. Note: 1. Grievance, if any, to be reported within 5 days of the date of declaration of result, failing which no further communication in this regard shall be entertained. The grievances to be addressed to Chairman, Central Admission Committee in writing or by at manuuadmissions2017@gmail.com. Instructions for waitlisted candidates: 1. If seats are vacant then waitlisted candidates will be offered admission strictly in order of merit. 2.
