1 List of Provisionally Selected Candidates for Admission in MA (ENGLISH) - HYDERABAD The merit list is prepared on the basis of claims made by the prospective applicants. The credentials of claims shall be verified at the time of admissions. If any claims / mandatory requirements are unfulfilled the candidates shall not be admitted. Important Instructions for Admissions: I. Please refer to Prospectus II. Date of Admission: 21 st and 22 nd July 2017 III. Venue of Admission: MANUU Polytechnic, Gachibowli, Hyderabad IV. Reporting Time: 09:30 AM (sharp without fail) V. Documents Required for Verification: Original documents with two sets of photocopies of each to be submitted at the time of Admission failing which the admission will be denied 1. Printed copy of online filled in application form 2. Proof of Urdu as a language/medium at 10th/12th or equivalent from madarsa board 3. Pass mark sheet of 10 th /SSC/equivalent board examination 4. Marks Sheet and Certificate of 12 th or equivalent 5. Consolidated Graduation Mark sheet / Post Graduation Marks sheet (as applicable) 6. Provisional certificate / Degree certificate of graduation / Post Graduation (as applicable) 7. Transfer certificate (from the institution last attended) 8. Migration certificate (from the institution last attended) 9. Valid caste / category certificate (format prescribed by Government of India) if applicable 10. Bonafide / Conduct certificate (from the institution last attended) 11. Four passport size latest colour photographs of Candidate 12. One Photograph each of Parents / Guardian 13. Four self-addressed stamped envelops 14. Requisite Admission fee for specific program (as mentioned in Prospectus p. 29) to be submitted through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking after provisional seat allotment. Please ensure to carry your Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking Account with sufficient funds. 15. Proof of JRF / NET / SLET / GATE / MANF / RGNF etc. where ever is applicable. Note: Grievance, if any, to be reported within 5 days of the date of declaration of result, failing which no further communication in this regard shall be entertained. The grievances to be addressed to Chairman, Central Admission Committee in writing or by at manuuadmissions2017@gmail.com. Instructions for wait listed candidates: 1. If seats are vacant then result awaited candidates will be offered admission strictly in order of merit, subject to production of qualifying exam marksheets. 2. Wait-listed candidates are required to report on 24 th July 2017 strictly between 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM, failing which the admission will be denied. Page 1 of 5
