This installation menu is purely for HYBRID DEVELOPMENT INTERNATIONAL RACING INTERCOOLER KIT and is used as guide only. As different vehicles in different countries may have different specifications and component layout. Therefore, it is important to make sure the connection is properly done by authorized personal or dealer. Warning Check and clean all open area for foreign object inside. Installation should only be carried out by authorized dealer or agent only. Avoiding water, liquid or fluid during and post installation. Do not install the unit in a place that will interface the driver. This product is off road only not for public road. Never adjust the fitment when the car is moving or on public road,doing so is dangerous to yourselves and others Make sure there is adequate ventilation if you are installing or setting it in door. 4 HDi WRX GDG GT2 Pro intercooler Installation instruction Remove the air intake scoop from the air box by unclipping the front and removing permanently From the air box, carefully unclip the Air Flow Meter wiring harness

5 Unclip the side brackets from the top of the air box Unscrew clamp from factory air intake pipe Permanently remove the top of the factory air box and air intake pipe Permanently remove air filter

6 Unbolt the lower section of the factory air box Now permanently remove the lower section of the air box. Remove resonance box for HDi cold air intake pipe

7 Remove the factory top mounted intercooler. 1. Unscrew the clamps on the black rubber hose from the intercooler and the intake manifold.

8 2. unscrew the clamp from the turbo 3. Unbolt the intercooler from the brackets and mountings in 3 places 4. Permanently remove the factory intercooler

9 Block the factory BOV plumb back with the supplied black CAP. Fasten tightly BUMPER BAR REMOVAL: Remove the grill mesh outer LHS & RHS by unclipping the fasteners Remove the grill mesh Centre by unclipping the fittings.

10 Be careful to unlatch the hooks from the rear of the grill mesh to avoid damage. Remove the lower bumper bar clips that attach the splash tray across the front of the lower bumper. Remove the clips from the splash guard

11 Unbolt the splash guard from the cross member in 5 points. 2 rear and 3 forward

12 Disconnect the washer bottle electric wire harness (inside passenger side bumper bar)

14 Remove the harness clip

15 Trim the back and the bottom front bumper bar support bottom part but leave the top part un trimmed!! Example of trimming

16 Trim the bottom of the bracket as shown make sure only the front part and leave the back, plate. The other side example Mount the HDi intercooler

17 Trim off the shaded are to make room for the HDi pipe Install the lower intercooler bracket After the hard part is done now is to remove the washer bottle

18 Remove the washer bottle for modification

19 Elongate the holes as shown to rearrange the washer bottle mounting.

20 Remove the coolant reservoir and relocate it to the suspension tower with supplied mounting brackets

22 Remove the standard coolant reservoir hose and re fit it to the new reservoir location using supplied extension 5 mm id hose.

23 Trim the front bar driving light support as shown

25 Trim off the splash tray as shown Install the cold air intake pipe make sure the air flow meter sensor with the correct direction Please note the air filter is not included with the kit but van be purchased separately.

26 PLEASE NOTE THE MARKED AREA HAS CHANGED TO AN ANGLED SILICON HOSE. Install the intercooler pipe as shown For more information of the installation please visit
