5 REMOTE HYDRAULICS CONTROLLER CALIBRATION Requirements For Calibration IMPORTANT: The remote hydraulic controller must be calibrated anytime any service work is done on the remote valves or when the controller is changed. Before starting the remote hydraulic calibration procedure, check the wiring harness and components for damage or loose connections. Replace or repair any damaged part as necessary. Before calibrating the remote hydraulic controller, be sure the Standard Instrumentation (INST) and Armrest (ARM) controllers are calibrated. The hydraulic oil must be warmed to 49 C (120 F) or higher. Engine speed must be set to 1500 RPM or higher. Disconnect any implements before calibration. Aux Set Main Menu Remote hydraulic calibration is performed through the programmable display on the standard instrumentation. NOTE: Programming can only be entered within the first 10 seconds of turning the key switch to the ON position or starting the tractor. To get to the aux set main menu, do the following: 1. Start the tractor. 2. Push the PROG key and hold for two seconds within the first ten seconds. A short beep will indicate that the program mode has been accessed and the display will read INST SET MENU. 3. Push the DECR key four times. The display should read AUX SET MENU. 4. Push the PROG key to enter the main menu. There are 5 main menu options in the AUX SET MENU: 1. AUX VIEW - This menu displays the software revision code and scraper configuration. 2. AUX ADJUST - The adjustment menu offers the operator a means of tailoring the flow from a remote section to meet the needs of the job to be done. The extend and retract flows are adjustable independently. 3. AUX SETUP - The setup option menu is for the configuration of the implement controls. There is the option of none, one and two. Default is none. 4. AUX CAL - The calibration menu allows the control to find the flow thresholds of the valves. Only the valves that are configured in the armrest controller at power up are calibrated. 5. AUX EXIT - Used to exit the AUX SET MENU. Use the INCR or DECR key to move through these menus. To enter the menu of your choice, press the PROG key. RD97H050 Once the requirements for calibration have been met, remote hydraulics calibration can begin. 55-5

6 Aux View Menu STEP 3 STEP 1 RR00G116 With AUX VIEW on the display, press the PROG key. STEP 2 RR00G118 Press the PROG key. The screen will now read VER#2. This is the second part of the current software number. STEP 4 RROOG117 The current software is displayed in two parts. VER#1 is the first part of the current software number. RR00G121 Press the PROG key. The display will now show how many scrapers are configured in the system. NOTE: Scraper configuration is performed in the AUX SETUP menu. 55-6

7 STEP 5 Aux Adjust Menu NOTE: Software version or higher must be installed in the remote hydraulic controller in order to be able to adjust the remote hydraulic valves. STEP 7 RROOG116 Press the PROG key. The AUX VIEW screen will now be displayed. Press the PROG key again to exit the view menu. STEP 6 RR00G102 With AUX ADJUST on the display, press the PROG key. STEP 8 RROOG112 Press the INCR key. The AUX EXIT screen will now be displayed. Press the PROG key again to exit the view menu. RR00G111 Press the INCR or DECR key to select the remote section (1 through 5) and the extend or retract circuit for that section. NOTE: Only valve sections with a valid lever range and no faults will be broadcast (over the Data Bus) from the armrest controller and be listed in this menu. 55-7

8 STEP 9 STEP 11 RR00G109 Press the PROG key for the section circuit of your choice. The current valve setting, which will be a number between -20 to +20 will be displayed. If the value displayed is increased, the flow curve associated with that valve will be shifted to the left. This results in a higher flow for a given flow potentiometer setting for that flow direction. If the value is decreased, the flow curve associated with that valve will be shifted to the right. This results in a lower flow for a given flow potentiometer setting for that direction. As the displayed value is changed, the shift in the flow curve will take effect immediately. The range of adjustment is -20 to +20, with 0 having no effect on the flow curve. RR00G111 Press the PROG key to return to the valve section selection menu. Repeat Step 7 through 9 for other valve sections. STEP 12 STEP 10 RR00G112 Press the INCR or DECR key to return to the EXIT screen. Press the PROG key. NOTE: The AUX controller must leave through the EXIT screen or the adjustments will not be saved. RR00G110 Press the INCR or DECR key to increase or decrease the number. Each time the INCR or DECR key is pressed, the flow will change 0.2 to 0.6 GPM (0.7 to 2.2 LPM). 55-8

9 Aux Setup Menu STEP 15 NOTE: Software version or higher must be installed in the remote hydraulic controller in order to be able to have the aux setup menu. STEP 13 RR00G122 The display will return to the AUX SETUP screen. Use the INCR or DECR key to go to the next menu item. Aux Cal Menu RR00G122 With AUX SETUP on the display, push the PROG key. STEP 14 RR00G121 The SETUP menu will be entered at the current value, either none, 1 or 2 scrapers. Use the INCR or DECR key to select your option, then push the PROG key. Calibration Process Before the calibration process starts, the system will perform a pre-calibration check. This check includes: : Levers and switches for the available valve sections are in the neutral position. When equipped with MegaFlow, plug the transducer into the left diagnostic fitting on the remote manifold. There are no faults present. The feedback signal used for the calibration indicates less than 100 PSI (689 kpa) and is greater than 0.25 volts. 55-9

10 If any of these checks do not pass, the calibration will be exited with a message displayed of the fault. Selection of the INCR or DECR key will bring the main calibration menu back. If the checks pass, the present calibration values are set to a default value and the calibration process will begin. The sequence of calibration is sequential from valve section one through section five of the available sections. The valve order for each section is lower first, then raise. The valve and section that is in process of calibration will be displayed. If Equipped with MegaFlow For vehicles equipped with the Mega-Flow option, a pause is provided to allow field technicians to calibrate both remote systems with one pressure transducer. Once the calibration procedure is in progress for the 1st remote section, move the 3rd remote lever out of neutral. The calibration will pause after the 2nd remote section is calibrated. Move the transducer to the right side diagnostic fitting. Place the 3rd remote lever back into neutral and select continue from the menu. The calibration process will continue. The valve is commanded to starting current. After three seconds, the pressure reading is verified that it has not changed more than 27 PSI (186 kpa) higher. If the feedback signal is above this, calibration will be stopped. If the value is below this pressure check, the pressure reading is stored for the initial value and used for a relative reference for the remainder of this valve calibration. Every 200 ms, the commanded current will be incremented until the feedback signal has become greater than 27 PSI (186 kpa) from the initial value recorded. The valve is then commanded to zero current and allowed to settle for three seconds. The feedback is then checked for a value below 18 PSI (124 kpa) from the initial value. A minimum of one second and up to 30 seconds is allowed for this signal to decay. The valve is then commanded at the current just found minus 16 ma. The current is incremented every three seconds until a change of 27 PSI (186 kpa) or greater from the initial value is reached. Again the valve is allowed to settle as above. If the feedback signal does not decay within the time frame allowed, the calibration will exit. When calibration is completed, the thresholds will be saved and Done will be displayed on the standard instrumentation display. If calibration is stopped, one of the following messages will be displayed: Enable - lever not in neutral during pre-cal check. Quit - During calibration, the lever of valve being calibrated was moved from neutral, INCR, Decr or PROG key was pushed. PSI - Feedback signal out of range low or high during pre-cal check. Cal Time - Pressure takes to long to drop during settling phase of calibration Cal Halt - Anytime a fault is associated with the section is detected. Cal Fail - Starting current generates too much pressure or the commanded current has gone through its valid range without finding the threshold. NOTE: Disconnect any implement from the remote hydraulic valves before performing the AUX CAL procedure. NOTE: Before performing the AUX CAL procedure, make sure valve spools are moving freely. With the engine running, cycle each remote hydraulic section to the extend and retract detente position. STEP 16 2 RD02E096 Connect Remote Hydraulic Calibration Tool CAS 2806 to the implement potentiometer connector (1) and the load sensing diagnostic port on the remote valve manifold (2)

11 STEP 17 STEP 19 RR00G113 With AUX CAL on the display, Press the PROG key. NOTE: Software version or higher must be installed in the remote hydraulic controller in order to be able to calibrate the remote hydraulic valves. STEP 18 RR00G114 Press the PROG key to select START. This will start the pre-calibration checks. If any of these checks do not pass, the calibration will be exited with a message displayed of the problem. Selection of the INCR or DECR key will bring the main calibration menu back. STEP 20 RR00G114 The display will read AUX Start. Do not move the remote levers out of the neutral position. NOTE: An EXIT option is available by pressing the INCR key. Selecting EXIT will bring you back to the previous menu. RR00G105 The system will go automatically into the calibration process when the pre-calibration is completed. The calibration process for a five valve remote system will take approximately five minutes. When calibration is completed, the display will read Done. Push the PROG key to return to the AUX Cal menu. If the calibration process could not be completed, the display will read the reason why. See Calibration Process at the beginning of Aux Cal Menu

12 FAULT CODE RETRIEVAL NOTE: Controllers can be checked for fault codes at any time, unless in the calibration mode. Up to 10 fault codes can be stored in each controller. STEP 23 STEP 21 RD98F032 With the key switch in the ON or RUN position, press and hold the DIAG key on the programmable display key board to enter the controller selection screen. The display will read INST DIAG MENU. RD98F034 When the required controller is displayed, press the PROG key. If a controller is selected that is not on the Data Bus (does not exist), the display will read COMM ERR. STEP 24 STEP 22 RD98F033 Use the DECR key to scroll through the different controllers: INST (standard instrumentation) - ENG (engine) - TRANS (transmission) - ARM (armrest) - HITCH - AUX (remote hydraulics) - PTO (power take off) - PERF (performance monitor). RD98F035 Use the INCR and DECR keys to scroll through the 10 possible fault codes. The controller name will be at the top of the display. The fault code and which number that fault is (01 to 10), will be at the bottom of the display

13 STEP 25 STEP 27 RD98F035 To erase the fault codes from a controller, press and hold both the INCR and DECR keys for 10 seconds. NOTE: All the fault codes for that controller will be erased. RD98F033 Another controller can be selected at this time by using the INCR and DECR keys to scroll through the controller list as in Step 2. STEP 28 STEP 26 RD98F036 When the fault codes are erased, the display will return to the main screen for that controller. RD98F038 To exit the select controller screen, scroll until EXIT is displayed and press the PROG key. This will return you to normal operation

14 PASSIVE TERMINATOR BENCH TEST The Tractor is equipped with two passive terminators. One is located on the engine by the engine controller and the other is in the cab behind the standard instrumentation controller. The passive terminators are used to stabilize the data bus system This test can be used in conjunction with data bus fault codes when it is desired to check passive terminators. To bench test an passive terminator, do the following: 1. Disconnect the terminator and remove it from the tractor. 2. Use a digital multimeter (CAS1559) for the following checks. 3. Measure the resistance between terminal 2 (can high) and 4 (can low). The resistance should be approximately 150 ohms. 4. Measure the resistance between terminal 1 (can power) and 3 (can ground). The resistance should be approximately 3000 ohms. 5. Next measure the resistance between terminals 2 and 1, 2 and 3 and 4 and 1, 4 and 3. After a momentary resistance reading the meter will show an open circuit, or OL (overload). 6. If the correct resistance readings are not measured the terminator must be replaced. 15 REMOTE VALVE CONTROLLER FAULT CODES FAULT CODE AUX 1010 Set Extend Limit Switch Failure The Data Bus signaled that the set extend limit switch has failed. The remote hydraulic controller received the signal from the armrest. 1. The set extend limit switch failed in the armrest controller (in most cases). 2. Software execution error in the armrest controller (small chance). The set extend limit switch is on the secondary control panel of the armrest controller. If the set extend limit switch fails in the armrest controller, the fault code ARM 1099 should exist. 1. Check for fault code ARM 1099 at the armrest controller. If ARM 1099 exists, test the function of the set extend limit switch. If the service tool is connected to the tractor Data Bus, do the following: Go to the Monitor screen by click the Monitor Icon. Click the CHANGE PARAMETER SELECTIONS Icon. Click the ARMREST AUX REMOTE SET SWITCH - EXTEND and then ADD. You will be able to monitor the Set extend limit switch status on the screen. Turn the switch on and off, and watch the status change. If the status display matches the switch changes, the switch is working OK. If the service tool is not connected to the tractor Data Bus or the status display does not match the switch changes, inspect the switch. The switch is an integrated part of the second panel of the armrest console. If it is suspected that the switch failed, replace the panel. 2. If ARM 1099 does not exist or the set extend limit switch is working OK, check the function of the armrest controller. NOTE: See schematic sections 49 and 50 at the rear of this section

16 FAULT CODE AUX 1020 Set Retract Limit Switch Failure The Data Bus signaled that the set retract limit switch has failed. The remote hydraulic controller received the signal from the armrest. 1. The set retract limit switch failed in the armrest controller (in most cases). 2. Software execution error in the armrest controller (small chance). The set retract limit switch is on the secondary control panel of the armrest controller. If the set retract limit switch fails in the armrest controller, the fault code ARM 1099 should exist. 1. Check for fault code ARM 1099 at the armrest controller. If ARM 1099 exists, test the function of the set retract limit switch. If the service tool is connected to the tractor Data Bus, do the following: Go to the Monitor screen by clicking the Monitor Icon. Click the CHANGE PARAMETER SELECTIONS icon. Click the ARMREST AUX REMOTE SET SWITCH - RETRACT and then ADD. You will be able to monitor the set retract limit switch status on the screen. Turn the switch on and off, and watch the status change. If the status display matches the switch changes, the switch is working OK. If the service tool is not connected to the tractor Data Bus or the status display does not match the switch changes, inspect the switch. The switch is an integrated part of the second panel of the armrest console. If it is suspected that the switch failed, replace the panel. 2. If ARM 1099 does not exist or the set retract limit switch is working OK, check the function of the armrest controller. NOTE: See schematic sections 49 and 50 at the rear of this section. FAULT CODE AUX 1040 Remote Function Control 2 Error Remote function control for the 2nd remote valve flow has failed or is not available to the remote hydraulic controller. The appearance of such codes indicates a mismatch between the armrest controller and instrumentation controller configurations. Make sure all connectors on the remote hydraulic controller, the armrest controller, and the instrumentation controller are firmly connected. Recalibrate the armrest controller and the instrumentation controller. If the fault code is recorded again, check for abnormal controller function

17 FAULT CODE AUX 1050 Remote Function Control 3 Error Remote function control for the 3rd remote valve flow has failed or is not available to the remote hydraulic controller. The appearance of such codes indicates a mismatch between the armrest controller and instrumentation controller configurations. Make sure all connectors on the remote hydraulic controller, the armrest controller, and the instrumentation controller are firmly connected. Recalibrate the armrest controller and the instrumentation controller. If the fault code is recorded again, check for abnormal controller function. FAULT CODE AUX 1060 Remote Function Control 4 Error Remote function control for the 4th remote valve flow has failed or is not available to the remote hydraulic controller. The appearance of such codes indicates a mismatch between the armrest controller and instrumentation controller configurations. Make sure all connectors on the remote hydraulic controller, the armrest controller, and the instrumentation controller are firmly connected. Recalibrate the armrest controller and the instrumentation controller. If the fault code is recorded again, check for abnormal controller function

18 FAULT CODE AUX 1090 Remote Hydraulic Control Switch 5 Failure The Data Bus signaled that the 5th remote hydraulic control switch (Extend) has failed. The remote hydraulic controller received the signal from the armrest. 1. The 5th remote hydraulic control switch failed in the armrest controller (in most cases). 2. Software execution error in the armrest controller (small chance). The 5th remote hydraulic control switch is hard wired to the armrest controller. If the 5th remote hydraulic control switch fails in the armrest controller, the fault code ARM 1029 should exist. 1. Check for fault code ARM 1029 at the armrest controller. If ARM 1029 exists, test the function of the 5th remote hydraulic control switch. If the service tool is connected to the tractor Data Bus, do the following: Go to the Monitor screen by click the Monitor Icon. Click the CHANGE PARAMETER SELECTIONS Icon. Click the ARMREST AUX REMOTE 5 EXTEND SWITCH and the ARMREST AUX REMOTE 5 RETRACT SWITCH and then ADD. You will be able to monitor the 5th remote hydraulic control switch status on the screen. Turn the switch on and off, and watch the status change. If the status display matches the switch changes, the switch is working OK. If the service tool is not connected to the tractor Data Bus or the status display does not match the switch changes, test the switch and its wiring. Open the armrest, turn it over, and disconnect the SW205 connector. Check the cavities for continuity. When the switch is in the EXTEND position, there should be continuity between cavity 1 and 2. When the switch is in the RETRACT position, there should be continuity between cavity 3 and 2. There should be 8 VDC at cavity 5 from the controller side. 2. If ARM 1029 does not exist or the 5th remote hydraulic control switch is working OK, check the function of the armrest Controller. NOTE: See schematic section 46 at the rear of this section

19 FAULT CODE AUX 1100 Remote Hydraulic Control Switch 5 Failure The Data Bus signaled that the 5th remote hydraulic control switch (Retract) has failed. The remote hydraulic controller received the signal from the armrest. 1. The 5th remote hydraulic control switch failed in the armrest controller (in most cases). 2. Software execution error in the armrest controller (small chance). The 5th remote hydraulic control switch is hard wired to the armrest controller. If the 5th remote hydraulic control switch fails in the armrest controller, the fault code ARM 1029 should exist. 1. Check for fault code ARM 1029 at the armrest controller. If ARM 1029 exists, test the function of the 5th remote hydraulic control switch. If the service tool is connected to the tractor Data Bus, do the following: Go to the Monitor screen by click the Monitor Icon. Click the CHANGE PARAMETER SELECTIONS Icon. Click the ARMREST AUX REMOTE 5 EXTEND SWITCH and the ARMREST AUX REMOTE 5 RETRACT SWITCH and then ADD. You will be able to monitor the 5th remote hydraulic control switch status on the screen. Turn the switch on and off, and watch the status change. If the status display matches the switch changes, the switch is working OK. If the service tool is not connected to the tractor Data Bus or the status display does not match the switch changes, test the switch and its wiring. Open the armrest, turn it over, and disconnect the SW205 connector. Check the cavities for continuity. When the switch is in the EXTEND position, there should be continuity between cavity 1 and 2. When the switch is in the RETRACT position, there should be continuity between cavity 3 and 2. There should be 8 VDC at cavity 5 from the controller side. 2. 20 FAULT CODE AUX 8011 Battery Voltage Less Than 9.8 Volts Battery voltage is too low. 1. Battery voltage lower than 9.8 volts. 2. Alternator regulator malfunction. 3. The controller has a bad connection to power or is not grounded properly. Check for battery voltage, alternator regulator output, and the controller connection to power and ground. 1. Check for fault codes PTO 10033, ARM 8011, TRANS 8011, and HITCH These are all fault codes for battery voltage low. If most exist, it is more likely that the battery voltage low. 2. Test battery voltage. It should be around volts. 3. If the battery voltage is OK, check system voltage at cavity 1 and 12 of connector C053. Check for bad connection and improper ground at cavity 2 and 11 of the same connector. Check for shortage to the ground along the power supply to the controller. 4. Test alternator output if the battery voltage would not hold even when the tractor has been running. The voltage should be above 14 volts at C077 - B+. 5. If none of above, check the function of the remote hydraulic controller. FAULT CODE AUX 8012 Battery Voltage Too High Battery voltage over 17 volts. 1. Alternator regulator malfunction. 2. The battery positive wiring is accidentally connected to external higher voltage source. Test the alternator output and check for external power shortage. 1. Check for fault code TRANS 8012 and HITCH These are all fault codes for battery voltage high. If all exist, it is more likely that the battery voltage is high. 2. Test battery voltage. It should be around volts. 3. Test alternator output. 4. Check for external power shortage to the controller power supply at cavity 1 and 12 of connector C053 Check for shortage along the power supply to the controller. 5. If none of above, check the function of the remote hydraulic controller

21 FAULT CODE AUX 9009 Controller Memory or Configuration Error The drivers in the controller are calibrated to evenly drive the remote hydraulic valves. The checksum for the driver offsets is stored in the controller memory. 1. The checksum for the driver offsets is incorrect in the controller memory. 2. The driver offset values are outside the limits. The service tool with special engineering software will be able to change the driver offset values to adjust the flows from each remote hydraulic section. If any offset value is set beyond the limits (+ / - 13), this fault code will be recorded. If this is the case, reset the offset values within the limits. If no operation has been performed to set the offset values, the problem is most likely due to the checksum failure. It means there is a software or hardware defect. This fault code will automatically sets all offsets to zero. The controller will function normally without these offsets, but the amount or control current from the controller to the valves may differ than that provided with the offsets. Thus the amount of flow from the sections may differ from the original setting. The only option to cure this problem is to replace the controller

22 FAULT CODE AUX Controller Memory Error - Loss of Operator Adjustment Data The controller has determined that one or more of the adjustment offsets is a value higher or lower than allowed or has become corrupt. 1. Controller power interrupted during adjustment. 2. Adjustment number has become higher or lower than allowed. 3. Controller memory failure. The operator adjustment offsets are positive or negative values entered for the extend and retract in each remote section in order to adjust the flow curve in that section as desired by the operator. The operator adjustment offsets are set through the AUX ADJUST procedure in the AUX SET MENU. If controller power or ground is lost during calibration, controller memory fails or new software is installed with lower offset limits this fault may occur. 1. Verify that the correct adjustment procedure was followed. Properly exit the adjustment procedure before removing power from the controller. The modified adjustment value takes effect in the controller when the PROG key is pressed after adjusting the value. However, this modified value is not saved to the controller memory until the adjustment procedure is exited. (PROG key is pressed at AUX EXIT ) 2. Make sure the controller has the proper connections to power and ground. 3. Enter the AUX ADJUST menu on the Instrumentation controller. A. View and record the offsets for each section. B. With the key switch ON, but the tractor not running, determine the minimum and maximum offsets allowed. Enter the adjustment for a section. Press the INCR or DECR keys as required to return the number to zero. Press the INCR key until the number no longer increases (20 for software revision ). This is the maximum allowable offset. Press the DECR key until the number no longer decreases (-20 for software revision ). This is the minimum allowable offset. Return the offset to its original value. C. If any of the values recorded in step 3a. are outside of the maximum or minimum values determined in, or step 3b. adjust the values so that they are inside of the valid range. If offset numbers need to be changed in any section, check the hydraulic performance of the section after doing so to ensure that it functions correctly. D. If all of the recorded values are within range, change one of the offsets to a different value then back to its original value. E. Properly exit the adjustment menu by going to the AUX EXIT display and pressing PROG. Clear the fault code. Cycle to key switch. Operate the tractor. If the same fault code occurs again, the Remote Hydraulic Controller has failed. Replace the controller

23 FAULT CODE AUX Controller Memory Error - Loss of Valve Calibration Data The controller has determined that one or more of the calibration values has become corrupt. 1. Controller power interrupted during calibration. 2. Controller memory failure. The remote hydraulic valve calibration AUX CAL is used to find the flow threshold current values for the extend and retract in each remote section. If controller loses power or ground during storage of these values or the controller memory becomes corrupt this fault code will occur. 1. Verify that the correct calibration procedure was followed. Properly exit the calibration procedure before removing power from the controller. 2. Make sure that the controller has the proper connections to power and ground. 3. Perform the remote hydraulic valve calibration AUX CAL procedure. The AUX CAL procedure requires that the Remote Hydraulic Calibration Tool CAS 2806 be connected to the implement potentiometer connector (C150M) and the load sensing diagnostic port on the remote valve. 4. Clear the fault code. Cycle the key switch. Operate the tractor. If the same fault code occurs again, the Remote Hydraulic controller has failed. Replace the controller. FAULT CODE AUX The 1st Remote Hydraulic Control Lever Failure The Data Bus signaled that AUX 1 lever potentiometer (the 1st remote hydraulic valve control) has failed in armrest controller. The remote hydraulic controller received the signal from the armrest controller. 1. AUX 1 lever potentiometer has failed in the armrest controller (in most cases). 2. Software execution error in the armrest controller (small chance). The 1st remote hydraulic control is hard wired to the armrest controller. If the 1st remote hydraulic control fails in the armrest controller, the fault code ARM 29 should exist. 1. Check for fault code ARM 29 at the armrest controller. If ARM 29 exists, follow the corresponding corrective action. 2. Check the function the armrest controller. NOTE: See schematic sections 47 at the rear of this section

If ARM 89 exists, test the function of the 1st variable flow control. If the service tool is connected to the tractor Data Bus, do the following: Go to the Monitor screen by click the Monitor Icon. The flow control potentiometer is an integrated part of the second panel of the armrest console. If it is suspected that the potentiometer failed, replace the panel. 2. If ARM 89 does not exist or the 1st variable flow control is working OK, check the function of the armrest controller. NOTE: See schematic sections 49 and 50 at the rear of this section

When the flow control potentiometer is turned clockwise from minimum to maximum (about 270 degree), the resistance across cavity 2 and 3 should change from 0 ohm to about 1 k ohm. The power supply from the armrest controller at cavity 1 should be about 8 VDC. If it is suspected that the potentiometer failed, replace the panel. 2. If ARM 129 does not exist or the 5th variable flow control is working OK, check the function of the armrest controller. NOTE: See schematic sections 47 at the rear of this section
