Due to the complexity of some vehicle systems and in order to provide you with an inspection at a competitive price, please make sure you read the following. If you have any questions please ask CMM Automotive vehicle inspectors. 1. The pre-purchase inspection is largely a visual and/or check operation inspection. It is not practical to dismantle every item on the vehicle. 2. This inspection does not check the compression of the engine. 3. Airbags (SRS) is a complicated electronic system that requires complex and involved testing procedures. An MTA Pre-purchase inspection checks the operation of the system check light and reports accordingly. This inspection makes no guarantee that the system will or will not work as the manufacturer intended. 4. Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) also has complex testing procedures. This inspection checks the system check light is operating and reports accordingly. This report offers no guarantee the ABS will continue to work indefinitely. 5. This report may indicate a problem but not provide any further information about this problem; this is because further dismantling may be required to provide an accurate diagnosis. 6. This report is not to be relied upon to determine if internal problems exist in the engine, transmission or any other operational component; general operation checks are carried out only. 7. Oil leaks cannot be detected if they are cleaned before inspection. Brake Disc Rotor Thickness is not measured. 8. CMM gives no guaranties on previous body repair history nor is the vehicle s Body alignment measured or components removed. A final visual inspection of a vehicle at the point of sale is the responsibility of the purchaser, CMM Automotive cannot be held liable for any dents/damage or condition change after the initial inspection.
