4 Intelivalve Solenoid Pinch Valves The Intelivalve solenoid pinch valve product line delivers leading edge performance, reliability and value. Using a proprietary pinch valve design, these units employ patent-pending optics, software, and electromechanics to provide the greatest benefits including linear force output, low power consumption, state sensing, tube detection, self-monitoring diagnostics and safety. Designed for flexibility, each model allows the customer to choose their own tubing or cassette interface materials. Simply select your tubing or interfaces within published guidelines, connect and let the Intelivalve do the work it s that simple! Each unit is supplied with a controller that uses adaptive pulse width modulation for low power consumption/management as well as state sensing, and tube detection. In addition, the Intelivalve solenoid pinch valves are the quietest pinch valves on the market. 6 Traditional Solenoid Pinch Valves In addition to our Intelivalve products, we also offer a product line of simple and affordable solenoid pinch valves. For applications where state sensing, tube detection or noise control are not needed, chose from either snap in tubing or cassette mount valve head formats that operate with simplicity and reliability. All units are panel mount ready and come with splash seals for protection from direct liquid exposure. An optional 900R solenoid driver/controller can be purchased that uses pulse and hold methods for power efficiency and to minimize heat generation. 8 Pneumatic Pinch Valves When working with harder or larger diameter tubing that requires stronger pinch forces, our pneumatic product line offers a great match. Designed for GMP biopharmaceutical processing and industrial applications where sterility and wash down procedures are needed, these compact robust units offer highly reliable performance. Designed for disposable tubing, each model contains a snap-in tube loading slot and is panel or base mount ready. Units can also be configured with optional state sensors, controllers, or setup in normally-open or normally-closed default states. Optional safety caps on larger models are also available to ensure finger crushing safety. 10 Acrosense Fluid Control Platform The Acrosense FCP product line consists of a variety of electronic control boards, each designed to control and network common fluidic components that are commonly in medical device and bioprocessing systems. Components such as motors, pumps, electric valves or actuators, sensors and power supplies controlled and networked together to build an integrated fluidic control system. Each board configuration supports stand alone or networked operation making it a flexible and scalable platform. Acrosense Solenoid Valve Controller Used for controlling solenoid pinch valve or actuators. Capable of operating 2 or 3 units per board (dependent on version) and scalable up to 50 networked boards and 150 units per system and supports full network compatibility with other FCP boards. Compact footprint and compliant with RoHS, CE and FCC. Acrosense Motor/Pump Controller Used for controlling a variety of motor types including brushed, brushless or stepper. Also can be used for controlling a variety of pump types including peristaltic, gear, diaphragm, centrifugal and membrane. Acrosense Sensor Controller Used for controlling a variety of sensors and encoders including pressure, flow, temperature, load-cell, oxygen, blood and bubble detection.
