The designation NS (not shown) means that the part is not shown in the illustration. A hyphen ( ) indicates that the part number refers to all of the components shown in the illustration. The number in the column "P/N" is the Nordson order number. A series of hyphens ( ) means that the part cannot be ordered separately. The Description column contains the name of the part, the dimensions and other properties. The dots illustrate the relationship between assemblies, subassemblies and individual parts. Position P/N Designation Quantity Note Assembly Subassembly 2 A Individual part 1 The assembly includes pos. 1 and pos. 2. Pos. 1 includes pos. 2. An order for pos. 2 includes only pos. 2. The required order quantity per system, assembly or subassembly is indicated in the column "Quantity." The abbreviation AR (as required) is used to indicate that the part is sold e.g. by the meter or that the quantity required per assembly is a factor of a special version or type. Letters in the column "Note" refer to remarks at the end of the parts lists. These remarks contain important information on use and ordering. They should definitely be followed.
