4 MOBIFLEX 200-M ADVANTAGE LINCOLN Lincoln s ProSource LV low vacuum fume extraction products combine the finest features in the industry with the best value. The Mobilflex 200-M provides mobile fume extraction with either a 10 ft. or 13 ft. spring balanced extraction arm. By using durable, dent-resistant thermoplastic tubes, the lightweight arms position easily and hold their place without drifting. The Mobiflex 200-M draws air through the self-cleaning fan and spark arrestor and captures welding fume inside the unique LongLife filter. Particulate is collected on the inside of the cartridge, rather than the outside, keeping hands clean during filter maintenance. Lincoln s 472 ft 2 LongLife cartridge is more than twice the size of the leading competitor. Along with ExtraCoat surface treatment and 3-dimensional pleating, this generous size provides longer life than other disposable cartridge systems. The Mobiflex 200-M also features a filter maintenance indicator. This indicator changes gradually from white to red as the filter becomes saturated with welding fume. This shows ahead of time how close the filter is to clogging. Mobile low vacuum system provides 735 CFM airflow. 6 MOBIFLEX 400-MS ADVANTAGE LINCOLN For heavy duty applications, use the Mobiflex 400-MS. The Mobiflex 400- MS provides all the excellent features of the Mobiflex 200-M, but with automatic filter cleaning. When the filter becomes dirty, a pressure sensor activates the cleaning system. Compressed air from the tank releases through multiple air-jets to clean one section of the filter at a time. A complete cleaning cycle can also be activated by a manual switch. Dust is knocked off of the cartridge into a removable drawer. The Mobiflex 400-MS uses either 10 ft. or 13 ft., spring balanced extraction arms to capture fume. Air is drawn through the self-cleaning fan blades, through the aluminum mesh spark arrestor, and then through the generous, 287 ft 2 filter cartridge (26m 2 ). This cartridge is larger than competitive filters, providing long life and low downtime. ExtraCoat surface treatment and 3-dimensional pleating provide enhanced performance and life. 10 SF2400 FAN Lincoln s SF2400 Fan provides single station extraction for LFA and LTA extraction arms, or for hoods or other ventilation installations. The 1 HP, 115V* fan can also be combined with the Statiflex 200-M for wall mounted filtration. 11 EXTENSION CRANES For large work areas, use Lincoln s 7 ft. or 14 ft. extension crane. The side-to-side hinge at the wall has a unique spring controlled lock to hold the arm in place for steady positioning. Add the K Feeder Hanging Rail to suspend your wire feeder on a slide mounted to the first crane section. Each crane includes support boom, mounting plate, 8 tubing, flexible hose and arm mounting brackets. K is not required. If using an SF2400 Fan, use the K for fan mounting. 15 PROSOURCE LV ACCESSORIES ProSource LV Accessories Lamp Kits Mounts in LFA or LTA Hoods and provides 35W lamp and switch. Switch also provides hood-mounted on/off control of either Mobiflex fan or SF2400 fan. All Lamp kits come with lamp housing and switch housing (both of which snap into the hoods), bulb, switch, connection board and interconnecting wiring. Some Lamp Kits include Arc Sensor built into lamp housing (see below). Wall mounted lamp kits include control box with motor starter, 24V transformer and overload relay for fan. Wall mounted systems do not need K or -3 when using lamp kit. Retrofit wall mounted lamp kits for 230V operation of SF2400 Fan with K Automatic Start/Stop Arc Sensor Mounted in the lamp housing, the arc sensor turns the fan on when sensing the arc flash light, and turns the fan off 20 seconds after the arc goes out. 19 CENTRAL SYSTEMS WITH THE STATIFLEX 6000-MS For centralized filtration, choose the Statiflex 6000-MS Central Filter Unit. With a capacity of 3750 CFM (6375 m 3 /hr), the Statiflex 6000-MS can provide filtration for up to five extraction arms in use at one time. Systems with more than five arms can keep airflow to acceptable limits by closing airflow throttle valves on extra arms, or by using the automatic arc sensor to start and stop single station fans. With the arc sensor controlling single station fans, worker duty cycle will often keep several fans off while others are on, reducing the number of arms in use. As long as no more than five arms are in use at one time, one Statiflex 6000-MS will meet your needs. The Statiflex 6000-MS System features automatic filter cleaning. Set either at time intervals or with preset pressure settings. The unique filter cleaning system uses multiple jets of compressed air to clean one section of the filter at a time.
