Financial profit! 1/ Apply 7 to 10 wraps of PTFE tape on the inlet nipple thread. Use pipe wrench to connect the inlet nipple to the branch line. Torque range should be minimum of 50 to maximum of 58 ft-lb. 2/ Use the pipe wrench to connect the flexible hose to the outlet nipple. Torque range should be a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 58 ft-lb. Manually curve the flexible in order to place the extension to the desired position (respect minimum radius bend). Leave at least a 64mm length without curve at each side of the flexible hose (picture 2). DO NOT use PTFE tape on the outlet nipple thread to connect to the flexible hose. Rayon courbure minimum Non tressé UL: mm Tressé UL : 101,6 mm Tressé FM: 203,20 mm 1 2 3/ Attach the TBS bracket to the T-bar ceiling grid at opposite side (one facing each other on the T-bar ceiling grid). 4/ To block the TBS bracket, hand tighten the wing bolt on the TBS bracket to tightly secure on the T-bar ceiling grid (do not over tighten the wing bolt with tools, this may cause damage to the wing bolt). 5/ Insert stock bar through the SSB center snap clamp bracket. 6/ hand tighten the wing bolt on the TBS bracket to tightly secure on the grid. Adjust the stock bar for proper position and push the levers in the TBS brackets towards the inside of the configuration to secure with stock bar. 7/ Place the SSB center bracket at the desired position and insert the outlet reducer from the flexible hose into the SSB. 8/ Adjust height for proper position and push down the lever of the SSB to secure the hose in place. 9/ Install the sprinkler head. 42
