1 A Canopy Assembly and wired by Licensed Electrician 1. Fixture Stud must be affixed to Electrical Box 2. Insert Nipple into Hickey 3. Slide Glass Canopy onto Nipple and secure with Hanger Loop with Washer. Fixture Stud (not included) Electrical Box (not included) 3/8"--1/4" Open Hickey Ceiling Canopy (with ) 1/4" Nipple Hanger Loop with Washer 4. Open Threaded Connector by rotating nut counterclockwise. Place through Hanger Loop. (Not to be confused with Hanger Ring.) 5. Determine proper hanging height. Place link of chain through Threaded Connector. Tighten nut to close. Remove leftover chain. Threaded Connector Chain Hanger Ring Setscrew 6. Screw Threaded Pipe into Hanger Ring. Secure with Setscrew. Do NOT Overtighten. 1/2" Threaded Pipe

2 B Upper Stem Assembly Hanger Ring 1/2" Threaded Pipe Glass Ball 1. Slide Glass Ball onto Threaed Pipe followed by Glass Square Glass Square 2. Slide Upper Glass Stem onto Pipe. Glass Upper Stem Note: Stem & are packed assembled 3. Screw Threaded Washer onto end of Threaded Pipe to secure components. Do NOT overtighten. and wired by Licenced Electrician. Threaded Washer

3 1. Slide Small Arm Plate (with 5 holes) onto Pipe and follow up with Large Hex Nut with attached Pipe. Secure with Setscrew. Feed electrical wires through hex nut and connect to Small Arms. Make sure Arm Sleeves in plate are facing down. (See Fig. 1) 2. Insert Small Arms (5) into Plate holes. Secure each with Setscrew. Do NOT overtighten. (See Fig. 2) 3. Make sure arms are evenly spaced. 4. Slide Mirrored Bowl onto Threaded Pipe, followed by Slip Ring. Bowl must completely cover Small Arm Plate. Slide Slip Ring against bottom of Bowl. Secure with Setscrew. Do NOT overtighten. (See Fig. 3) 5. Slide Lower Glass Stem onto Threaded Pipe. Upper Glass Stem C First Tier Assembly Small Arm Small Arm Plate Arm Sleeve Large Hex Nut Mirrored Bowl Slip Ring Threaded Pipe Note: Stem & are packed assembled 6. Line up facets of Lower Glass Stem with that of Upper Glass Stem. 7. Screw Threaded Washer onto end of Threaded Pipe to secure components. 4 D Second Tier Assembly 1. Slide Large Arm Plate (with 10 holes) onto Threaded Pipe. Be certain that larger diameter of Plate is facing upwards towards First Tier Assembly. First Tier Assembly 2. Screw Small Hex Nut with attached Nipple onto end of Pipe to secure Large Arm Plate. Feed electrical wires through Small Hex Nut and connect Large Arms. Tighten Setscrew to secure Small Hex Nut. (See Fig.1) Large Arm 3. Insert Large Arms (10) into Arm Sleeves. Secure each arm with Setscrew. Do NOT overtighten. Make sure arms are spaced evenly. (See Fig. 2) 4. Insert Nipple into Small Hex Nut. Slide Large Mirrored Bowl onto Nipple. Mirrored Bowl must completely cover Large Arm Plate. Secure with Cone Nut. Do NOT overtighten. (See Fig. 3) Large Arm Plate Arm Sleeve Small Hex Nut (with Setscrew) Nipple Large Mirrored Bowl Cone Nut 5. Hang Glass Cube from Cone Nut. 5 E Final Assembly 1. Insert 40 watt bulb into Lamp Socket. Or, if not using Lamp Shade, insert 60 watt bulb. Shown with extra chain links removed 2. Slide Glass Lamp Sleeve with metal liner over each Lamp Socket 3. Affix Lamp Shade with Flame clips to each Lamp Lamp Shade Flame Clip Glass Lamp Sleeve Bulb Lamp Socket
