To simplify changing spring rates, QTRCO offers to "trade" complete SpringpaQs with our Distributors. SpringpaQs include piston o-rings & wiper rings. Racks will not be included. Existing rack must be removed from the SpringpaQ & then assembled to the new SpringpaQ. Standard o-ring material will be provided. Advise if other material is required and obtain pricing from QTRCO. Price shown for HT450 factory modification is designed for continuous service from -20 F to +400 F (+204 C) and short excursions to +450 F (+232 C). Includes Viton seals, HT bushings and HT lubrication. 4. Replaces standard EPDM o-rings with Viton o-rings. Caution: for use with operating air containing special additives. This is not the high temperature service option as standard bushings are used (see notes 3). Many other seal materials are also available. 11. Moniteur Model IMYZ-D000 with black / yellow indicator and mounting for 80x30x30 or 130x30x QTRCO offers many different switch configurations. The following is information on those listed. NEMA 4 & 4x Plastic supplied as QTRCO SwitchpaQ CR-Series with two SPDT mechinical switches rated 250vAC & 24vDC, six position terminal strip, one 1/2" NPT cable entry, a red-green position indicator plus an 80x30x20 & 130x30x30 NAMUR mounting bracket. NEMA 4, 4x, 7 & 9 Aluminum supplied as Moniteur Sentinel AMYB-E120. Note: All models requires NAMUR Mounting Bracket for assembly to actuator. See note 10. NEMA 4 & 4x Stainless Steel supplied as QTRCO SwitchpaQ CS-Series with two SPDT mechinical switches rated 250vAC & 24vDC, six position terminal strip, two 1/2" NPT conduit connections plus a redgreen position indicator. Note: All models requires NAMUR Mounting Bracket for assembly to actuator. See note 10. NEMA 4 Efector supplied as puck U20126 and switch IN0117 for Models 03 through 10. Puck U20114 and switch IN0117 for models 12 and 14. Note: Cable, if required, is additional. 13. Blank stainless steel output drive sleeve adaptor. Requires machining to fit valve stem. Caution: not available to fit all valve stems. Consult QTRCO. 5. Supplied as Standard and required for models 03 thru. 05 to convert actuator top from ISO 5211 to NAMUR configuration. All other models, see note Price each for additional length position stop bolt for 0 to 100% travel adjustment in given direction. Caution: when used on spring return models to limit the spring stroke, additional care must be taken to fully back out position stop bolt before any disassembly of the actuator. 7. Second position stop bolt of standard length for dual stroke adjustment. For full adjustment of both stop bolts, see note 6 and add additional price for each. 8. NAMUR solenoid mounting plate supplied in stainless steel without tubing, fittings or assembled to actuator. 14. Stainless steel output drive sleeve adaptor with machining to fit valve stem. Caution: not available to fit all valve stems. Consult QTRCO. 15. Stainless steel Universal Mounting Plate with fasteners to attach to actuator. Requires machining to adapt actuator mounting pattern to the valve mounting pattern. Allows direct low profile attachment on most valves. UMP supplied complete with fasteners to attach to specified actuator model. 16. Stainless steel Universal Mounting Plate with machining to fit valve. Caution: not available to fit all valves. Consult QTRCO. 17. Nickel coated carbon steel. See drawing for additional information. 9. NAMUR solenoid mounting plate supplied in stainless steel and fully assembled to actuator using stainless tubing and fittings. 18. Contains all necessary seals (only), of the stated type, to rebuild one actuator. Does not include bushings. 10. Price for use when purchased with actuator.
