5 OUTDOOR LOCKS These locks resist moisture, dust, salt, and extreme temperatures. Rugged construction and precision manufacturing provide the ultimate in environmental protection: Gaskets and internal O-rings are precisely fitted, environmentally sound and long lasting. Materials of construction are chosen for their weather and rust resistant properties: zinc die-cast plugs and barrels, brass keys and tumblers, and steel cams. Extra protection locks feature chrome plating over double nickel. Stainless steel scalp and dust shutter options are available on cam and switch lock mechanisms for additional contaminant protection. Caps that enclose the lock head for added protection are available with or without spring loading. Electronic switch locks are also available with weather resistant capabilities. 8 SLIDES Illinois Lock offers slides with load ratings ranging from 22 to 500 lbs., with many options in-between. Standard and custom slides available. 9 WING LOCKS Illinois Lock Company manufactures a complete line of weather resistant wing locks suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. These locks can be left unlocked for easy opening without a key. An optional spring return feature allows the locks to be linked to rotary latches. 10 MODULAR HANDLES Illinois Lock Company s new modular lock system offers design and functional flexibility for almost any application. Inexpensive custom tooled components can give each lock its own unique look. Weather resistant features have also been designed into the lock so it will withstand the harshest environments.
