4 GEISSELE TRIGGERS PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES FOR THE SHOOTER Our triggers and hammers are made from quality S7 tool steel. The sear surfaces are precisely cut by a wire EDM machine. The non-directional surface finish of this machine enables a smooth trigger pull without the associated grittiness of directional machining marks normally left by a milling machine. The initial force needed to start the disengagement of the sear surfaces is low, and the force linearly increases at a low rate. This helps the hammer to fall at the desired point of aim and builds shooter confidence in the weapon s ability to place rounds on the point of aim. A full force hammer spring is used for quick lock-time and positive ignition of all ammunition types. No lightened hammer spring is used. The hammer itself is lighter than a standard AR15 hammer, further decreasing lock-time and increasing accuracy of the weapon. The net effect is a greater accuracy and precision while shooting on the move, shooting with the weapon in movement, and during increased cadences of fire. ADVANTAGES FOR THE ARMORER The number of parts to a Geissele non-adjustable trigger is identical to a mil-spec trigger. There are no adjustment screws to come loose. All springs are captive; they will not get lost during disassembly in the field. The entire trigger can be disassembled for cleaning (no rivets or staked parts).the trigger can be installed without removing the safety. Sear engagement is preset from the factory. Hammer and trigger pins are a close slip fit into nominal receiver holes so the trigger can be installed and removed with rudimentary tools. Triggers come with a slave pin for the trigger/disconnector assembly for easy installation. SAFETY ADVANTAGES The two-stage trigger has a generous overlap of the sear surfaces which contributes to safety and a low tendency of any inadvertent movement of the trigger to discharge the weapon. Geissele s non-adjustable triggers offer a patented pseudo-sear that is almost identical to the standard AR-15 single stage sear. However, this secondary sear has surfaces that never touch during normal operation. This prevents the hammer from falling unless the trigger is pulled. The secondary safety sear contributes to shooter confidence in dynamic/vehicle situations where a fellow shooter s muzzle may cover him. There is firm knowledge that even with the safety in the fire position the weapon can never discharge unless the trigger is pulled. The trigger is designed to operate in dusty and abrasive environments.

7 SSA SOPMOD CERTIFIED SUPER SEMI-AUTOMATIC (SSA ) The Geissele Super Semi-Automatic trigger is a semi-automatic only version of the Geissele Automatics Super Select-Fire trigger. The SSA is a 4.5 lb. non-adjustable precision combat trigger that allows precise and accurate trigger control. The SSA s two-stage design allows the trigger to be light enough for accurate and precise shots, but heavy and forgiving enough to be safe. The Geissele SSA is safety certified by Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center. 13 SUPER SCAR SUPER SCAR The Geissele Super SCAR is built on the combat-proven chassis of the SSA which was safety certified by Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center. The Super SCAR is a 4.5 lb. two-stage, non-adjustable combat trigger which allows precise and accurate trigger control. 15 SSF SUPER SELECT FIRE (SSF ) The Geissele Super Select-Fire Trigger is a select-fire combat trigger that Geissele Automatics developed for the U.S. Special Operations Community. The SSF is a non-adjustable combat style two-stage trigger that is available in 4.5 lb. and 5.5 lb. configurations. In semi-automatic mode, the SSF is a precision two-stage trigger that allows precise and accurate trigger control. In fully-automatic mode, the SSF is a singlestage trigger with a smooth, continuous trigger pull and abrupt hammer release. The SSF is safety certified by Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center. 17 G2S GEISSELE 2 STAGE (G2S) The Geissele 2 Stage was designed to be a high quality, cost effective alternative to the SSA. The G2S is a 4.5 lb. non-adjustable precision combat two-stage trigger and allows precise and accurate trigger control. The G2S is manufactured from the same tool steel as the SSA. Visually from the outside of the weapon there is no difference from the SSA and the feel and reliability is the same. 19 SUPER ACR SUPER ACR The Geissele Super ACR offers improved Bushmaster ACR weapon system performance with a trigger similar in feel and operation to the Geissele Automatics Super Semi-Automatic trigger. The Super ACR was designed to operate with the Bushmaster Super ACR plastic safety selector. The Super ACR has a total pull weight of approximately 4.5 lbs. with a first stage weight of approximately 2.5 lbs. and a second stage weight of approximately 2.0 lbs. 21 SUPER SABRA TRIGGER PACK SUPER SABRA TRIGGER PACK The Geissele Super Sabra is an advanced drop in replacement for the OEM IWI Tavor / X95 trigger pack. The Super Sabra s two-stage design allows the trigger to be light enough for accurate and precise shots, but forgiving enough for Close Quarters Battle (CQB). The Geissele Super Sabra also features an adjustable first stage, which will allow the shooter the ability to fine tune the first and second stage weight distribution. The Super Sabra s housing is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum and Type 3 hardcoat anodized for a long lasting and durable finish. Internal components are constructed of shock and wear resistant S7 tool steel and a precision wire EDM process produces razor sharp and polished sear surfaces. 23 SUPER SABRA LIGHTNING BOW SUPER SABRA LIGHTNING BOW The Super Sabra Lightning Bow Trigger is precision machined from precipitation hardening 17-4 stainless steel and is designed to replace the standard trigger in IWI Tavor and X95 rifles. Once installed, the Sabra Lightning Bow is adjustable via a set screw that removes the slack that is inherently found in the trigger mechanism of those rifles. By removing the slack, the trigger pull is instantly transformed into a feel that is much more similar to that of an M4 Carbine. 27 MARITIME BOLT CATCH The Geissele Maritime Bolt Catch is designed with the warfighter in mind and will work with any lower receiver designed to accept a mil-spec M16/M4 Carbine bolt catch. The increased surface area promotes ease of function when locking back the bolt or releasing the bolt after a magazine change. In addition, the extended controls add an increased functionality for left handed shooters who no longer have to break their grip to manipulate the bolt catch. Left handed shooters can easily reach the controls using the index finger of their left hand making magazine changes and locking the bolt back much faster and efficient. Aggressive checkering covers the surface of the levers giving the Geissele Maritime Bolt Catch a textured surface that enables positive feedback to the shooter s hand when being used with gloves or at night. 29 SUPER 42 BRAIDED WIRE BUFFER SPRING AND BUFFER COMBO The Geissele Super 42 Spring was designed to improve the function and reliability of your AR-15 pattern rifle. Its unique spring design uses three independent strands of wire, just like the German MG42 Machine Gun. This concept acts as a harmonic damper and energy absorber by allowing the springs to flex separately from each other. This flex helps displace excess energy which decreases the chance of spring failure and assists with making your AR-15 more reliable. Compared to the stock spring, The Geissele Super 42 Spring has a decreased tendency to lose length and force over a given round count. As an added bonus, it removes the annoying spring reverberations (twang) heard and felt by the shooter through the buttstock. The Super 42 Spring has a 15% stronger average return force than the standard buffer spring. This will assist in stripping rounds out of the magazine when operating with a dirty weapon or when using steel-case ammo. 30 SUPER MODULAR RAILS Each Super Modular Rail (SMR) adheres to a strict set of design guidelines that we have learned over the years of manufacturing superior battle proven rail systems. Each SMR is designed to be ergonomic, modular and flexible. A rail must be comfortable for the shooter, it is vital that the interface between shooter and the rail system feels natural. The level of comfort found in the SMR family of rails, promotes confidence and frees the shooter s mind of worry when faced with hitting a target. The rail set up must be able to be customizable by the shooter for the same reason. The shooter must be able to place accessories, optics, grips, lights, lasers and other mission essential equipment needed for the task at hand. While meeting the needs of the most demanding shooters, a rail must also be strong, rigid, light weight and free floating. To do this we utilize a large proprietary 2 ¼ barrel nut made from 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. This is the solid platform by which the rail interfaces with the upper receiver. The length of the Geissele barrel nut design promotes extreme stiffness and will aid in minimizing bore and rail deflection as much as possible, critical for use with IR laser aiming devices. This also allows the system to be easily removed and reinstalled for maintenance and cleaning while maintaining zero of its attached accessories. The rail itself is machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. Every inch of the SMR is touched with a tool, and is machined completely from a single piece of material. There are no glued or screwed together parts. The SMR has an excellent performance to weight ratio. Balance is as important as weight, therefore the center of gravity of the rail is biased toward the receiver for good weapon handling characteristics. Most Geissele SMR s also feature Magpul s M-LOK TM attachment technology. The M-LOK interface creates a very strong platform by which accessories may be attached to the SMR. M-LOK stands for Modular Lock system. The M-LOK system retains an elongated slot appearance, similar to MOE slots (with different dimensions). The new slot is larger, has squared sides, and the new system adds the following feature set; direct mount capability, cammed steel t-nut design, recoil/impact mitigation sheer lugs, intermediate spacing option, multi-directional mounting, and backwards MOE compatibility.

These rails are purpose-built and feature integrated M1913 picatinny rail sections at the fore end of the rail in the 3, 6 and 9 o clock positions. Maximum venting for heat dissipation also dramatically reduces the rail s overall weight, while maintaining its same strong and rigid platform. 37 SUPER MODULAR RAIL MK7 NATIONAL MATCH The Super Modular Rail MK7 is the first CMP-legal rail system that was designed specifically for National Match High Power Competition. The MK7 features a full quad rail, with the sling loop in its appropriate legal location for competition. The sling loop is attached to a steel bar which is fastened directly to the rail using screws to increase weight. Along with the rail system, lead weight bars can be purchased separately and fastened in the 3 and 9 o clock positions to add weight as needed to balance the rifle per the shooter s preference. The weights and sling bar can also be modified per the user to have any undesired excess weight trimmed off and reinstalled. 43 SUPER GAS BLOCK The Geissele Super Gas Block (SGB) is a low profile gas block designed to fit under most free float rails. It has the following features: Precision investment cast from 17-4 Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel. Corrosion resistant to withstand corrosive powder residue Lightweight at 1.6 oz. The.750 diameter bore is precisely machined for a close slip fit onto the barrel. Set screws are used to secure the SGB to the rifle barrel. Additionally, the Nitride SGB is pre-drilled for a 3/16 spiral coil pin so the SGB can be secured in a fool proof manner to the rifle barrel. 44 SUPER PRECISION OPTIC MOUNTS A U.S. Special Operations customer asked Geissele to make them an ultra high quality, bomb proof scope mounting system that met their mission critical return to zero requirements. The Geissele Super Precision Series of optic mounts were designed to meet their requirement and become the finest military sniper scope mounts. Machined from a single 4.5 lb. block of aircraft grade T6 billet aluminum, the Super Precision Scope Mount is milled down to an ultra light 7.2 ounces. Geissele Super Precision Scope Mounts feature four shear lugs precision machined to the minimum tolerance of the MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny slot so that the optic stays in place from recoil and bolt carrier counter recoil. The individually serialized scope caps are line bored with the body and created in a single operation, creating the best possible fit to the body of the optic so that the scope caps can be tightened without fear of crushing the body of the optic. The Geissele mounts are locked in place utilizing the classic, battle proven nut and clamp system which provides 1,400 lbs. of clamping force per nut. This system provides more clamping force than any inferior lever system ever could.

56 GEISSELE CHARGING HANDLES The Super Charging Handle (SCH ) is 3D machined from a solid block of aircraft grade 7075-T6 aluminum. Its ambidextrous design allows for seamless operation from either side of the weapon. The levers are dual contoured similar to that of the charging handle of an M14, where not only the x-axis but also the y-axis receive radius cuts. The handling surface of the lever is also checkered adding a textured grip to aid in use when operating with gloves. The heightened rear lip of the SCH helps in mitigating gas blow back to the shooter when shooting with short barreled and suppressed weapon systems. 63 GAS BLOCK ACCESSORIES The Gas Block Roll Pin Tool is designed to securely hold a diameter roll pin to start the pin installation in a gas block. The hole in the tip of the tool is sized so that the roll pin will need to be pressed into the tool first (the roll pin will not just slide in). Stand the roll pin on a hard surface and tap the tool onto the pin to seat it in the tool. When the hole in the gas block grabs the roll pin, the pin will collapse enough so the tool can be removed from the roll pin. All that is needed then is a tap with a punch to seat the roll pin in the gas block. The Geissele Gas Block Pin Punches are specially made for removing and installing the roll pin that secures the gas tube to the gas block on an M4 Carbine/AR10. The removal of a rusted-in gas block roll pin has always been a challenge since there are no commercial pin punches in diameter. 1/16 (0.062 ) punches have a tendency to bend and very few starter punches are available in 1/16 diameter. GEISSELE TOOLS The Geissele punches make gas block work a whole lot easier. The first punch to use when removing the roll pin is the Starter Punch. This is the punch with the long tapered end. The long taper is much more resistant to bending and buckling than the straight shank of the Pin Punch. Use the Starter Punch to just get the roll pin moving. 65 TRIGGER FITTING PIN The Geissele Trigger Fitting Pin is a tool designed to help with small pin hammer and trigger installations. The tool is sized to match the size of the pins and may be slipped into the receiver to act as a slave pin to help ease the installation of the new pins supplied with every Geissele AR-15 trigger. 66 REACTION ROD The Geissele Reaction Rod is a tool that securely holds an upper receiver assembly for maintenance and assembly work. It will make working on an AR15/M4 or AR10/ SR25 a dream. The removal and installation of barrels, flash hiders, gas blocks and hand guards is made much easier. The Reaction Rod is designed to be gripped in a bench vise so that the rod is either horizontal or vertical. The upper receiver is then slid onto the rod and the rod s integral splines enter the barrel extension and secure the barrel extension from turning. This allows all of the torque from barrel nut wrenches to go directly into the barrel extension. In contrast, receiver vise blocks transmit the turning force into the aluminum receiver, a good part of which passes through the small, easily distorted receiver index pin. With the Geissele Reaction Rod, marring of an upper receiver s finish by gripping and twisting inside vise blocks is eliminated and so is the need to remove sights and mounts from the receiver s M1913 rail. 67 SUPER REACTION ROD Geissele s Super Reaction Rod was designed with the advanced armorer in mind, an armorer who frequently works on AR15/M4 platforms with over torqued, seized or Loctited barrel nuts. The Super Reaction Rod works by pre-loading the barrel nut extension to the lugs of the Super Reaction Rod to eliminate any movement before adding torque to the barrel nut, while at the same time fixing the upper receiver into place. Having the barrel nut extension mated to the Super Reaction Rod lugs and fixing the upper receiver before torqueing will remove any potential stress that could be placed on the index pin. This allows the armorer to place tremendous torque on the barrel nut. The Super Reaction Rod s pre-loading system can also be removed to allow it to work just like a standard Reaction Rod, which allows upper work to be performed in 360 both vertically and horizontally. 69 REACTION BLOCK The Geissele Reaction Block is designed to aid in the assembly of lower receivers. Once the armorer has installed the buffer tube, the lower receiver can then be slid into the Reaction Block at the 12, 3, 6 and 9 o clock positions. The block allows the armorer to rotate the lower in 90 increments simply by loosening the provided nylon screws, removing the lower and sliding it back in at its desired orientation. The Reaction Block provides an ultra-stable platform for performing an array of lower receiver operations, as well as making the installation of the buffer retainer nut quick and easy. 71 SUPPRESSOR ALIGNMENT GAGE The Geissele Suppressor Alignment Gage (SAG) is a precision gage used to verify the alignment of a suppressor to the bore of a firearm barrel. It is important to understand that the length of the suppressor is usually much longer than the length of the barrel / muzzle device / suppressor interface geometry. A small deviation at the mounting interface means a much larger deviation of the suppressor exit hole. The deviations from nominal can also be additive which compounds suppressor misalignment. The Geissele SAG is manufactured from hardened steel that has been ground under nominal bore diameter. The outside diameter of the SAG is finely finished and straight to over its length. GEISSELE TOOLS Geissele hardens the SAG so that it will not wear by sliding exposure to abrasive powder residue, pull burrs if it slides against misaligned baffles, nor allow abrasive particles to embed into the surface of the gage. There can be a wide variation in barrel bore diameters and bore straightness under nominal bore diameter has been found to be the best size of the SAG that will fit most barrels. The long length of the SAG aligns the gage to the bore; it is not necessary to have a very tight fitting gage with the long length of the Geissele SAG. 75 QUALITY MIL-SPEC TRIGGER (QMS) The ALG Defense Quality Mil-Spec Trigger is designed to provide an affordable improvement for the AR-15 rifles. The pull of the QMS is very similar to a standard mil-spec trigger, however the majority of the associated grittiness of the stock trigger pull has been removed while the well known reliability of a stock trigger remains. Just like the QMS, The ACT is sharper and the grittiness of the stock trigger pull has been removed while the traditional reliability of a stock trigger remains. The ACT is Nickel Teflon and Nickel Boron processed and the polished sears have been hard lubed to create a permanent lubricated surface for a consistently smooth pull. 91 FORGED SLING SWIVEL (FSS) The ALG Forged QD Sling Swivel is a lightweight but heavy-duty sling swivel option. The standard QD configuration makes it compatible with any device that accepts QD accessories. The FSS weighs in at roughly 0.4 ounces and is about half the weight of similar steel QD sling swivel assemblies. The FSS is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, which is the same aluminum typically used to make upper and lower receivers. 97 6-SECOND MOUNTS 6SM The ALG Defense 6-Second Mount was designed when a counter-terrorism unit approached ALG with a strict set of criteria. When entering a linear environment, such as an airplane or bus, the team s primary weapon was their pistol and they were looking for a fast sighting method that was rugged and robust. Red dot scopes mounted directly to their pistol slides were showing a high failure rate due to extreme acceleration and deceleration of the slide. The balance of the pistols was thrown off from the rearward scope mounting position, and the slides were weakened from machining a pocket for the scopes into the top of the slide. The name, 6-Second Mount, comes from a description used by one of the operators: The fight lasts 6 seconds... Either they re dead or you re dead, and aggression saves the day. The ALG 6-Second Mount is available in two different models to accommodate the Aimpoint T1 or the Trijicon RMR red dot optics. Mounting an optic to your weapon decreases engagement time, allowing for faster and more accurate hits on target. 99 ALG FLARED MAGWELL (AFM) The ALG Flared Magwells (AFM) are precision machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and designed to seamlessly fit Gen 3 and Gen 4 Glock 17, 22, 24, 31, 34 and 35 pistols without modification to the AFM or the frame itself. The Supersonic Gen 4 Magwell will accommodate Glocks without backstraps. The Supersonic Gen 4 Magwell with medium backstrap and Federal versions will accommodate Glocks which utilize medium backstraps. The AFM is finished using a Type 3 Hardcoat Anodize process which allows the AFM to be long lasting and durable. The AFM allows for rapid reloading of magazines by decreasing the precision required to insert the magazine into the pistol. Additionally, the AFM is designed to allow magazines to freely drop without modification to the pistol or the AFM, which is one of the most common issues found when using aftermarket magwells. This alloy is able to be differentially heat-treated to create a 60 HRC cutting edge with a strong and ductile core.
