Clearly the Australian customer has shown, by the increasing usage of wire mesh trays that the concept has many advantages over traditional sheet steel trays. C ABTR AY is a fully designed and engineered Australian system that takes the European wire mesh concept to a new level of performance, enhancing the load carrying performance aligned to improved and simplified connection. 4 CABTRAY Load Carrying Capacity The tables opposite can be used for the calculation of loads over various spans. 22 CABTRAY Fire Rating CABTRAY at 0ºC cabtray fire rating CABTRAY has been fully tested to AS3013 which is the Essential Services Fire Test Standard. CABTRAY passed with a % success. The tests were done at the CSIRO fire chamber in North Ryde, Sydney in June The test subjects the tray to 0ºC for two hours, and the tray must still be standing and carrying the nominated load.
