Crown block having one (1) 60" diameter fabricated steel working sheaves Mounted and six (6) 60 diameter fabricated steel working sheaves mounted on tapered roller bearings. Deadline on off-driller's side. Sheaves grooved for 1-3/8" diameter wireline. Block hanging line pad-eye. Escape line, 9/16" X 1.5 derrick height, pad-eye, and shackle. Adjustable racking platform having a capacity to accommodate 242- stands of 5" drill pipe and 10-stands of 9" drill collars. Working platform and 7' high handrails to be included. Mast belly board Set tong counterweights complete with buckets, guides, blocks and wirelines. Set raising lines with pull test certificates. Slingline equalizer unit Section Each Refurbished skytop brewster 25' high self-elevating substructure having a casing capacity of 1,000,000 Lbs. and a setback capacity of 600,000Lbs. Substructure designed to elevate a 1700HP electric drawwork and driller's side doghouse. 5 pony subs fabricated on the bottom of this substructure sub bases to make the substructure height 30 from ground level to the RIG floor Winches with cable, HPU unit, hoses, etc. for substructure elevation to be included. Checkered floor plate consisting of 3/8" around rotary table and 1/4" elsewhere installed on drill floor. Substructure to contain 20-ton BOP handling beams. Set handrails with toeboards for 30' working floor. V-door, 5' wide complete with two (2) 4" rail pipe sand 3/8" flat plate on ramp. 3 Each New single flight stair system with handrails. One (1) toggle actuated, 2-way, 2-position air valve for supplying air pressure to set the brake and interrupt air supply to the drum clutches at A predetermined safe height of traveling block upward travel. One (1) 4" X 12" air cylinder with clutch attachment to apply the drum brake 2

3 independent of the manual break level. One (1) air pilot operated, 3-way, 2-position air relay valve for sensing when the toggle valve has been actuated, thus blocking the air supply to the drum clutch selector valves, and simultaneously venting the drum clutches. One (1) toggle valve mounting track for mounting and positioning the toggle valve over the drawwork wire rope drum. Section Each New brake cooling/ trip tank package with the following : One (1) oilfield type master skid approximately 40' long X 10' wide with loading hitches for tailboarding. Brake cooling tank with two (2) 3X2 centrifugal pumps with mechanical seals, each powered by A 25 HP, 1800 RPM, 480 Volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz XP AC motor, electric motor driven radiator and thermostat switch for automatic control of radiator. Four (4) 8" butterfly valve cleanout gates. Two (2) 10" suction lines, one (1) for each mud pump. Mud pump to be capable of sucking from any compartment of the suction tank. Two (2) 8X6 centrifugal pump with mechanical seals, each powered by a 100 Hp, 1800 RPM, 480 Volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz XP AC motor supplied and mounted on tank porch for mud mix. 6" suction line in each compartment of the suction tank for mud mix. 6" discharge from mud mix in each suction tank compartment. Two (2) 6" hopper to suck or mix mud in any suction compartment. Suction system for tree (3) pumps as follows : Mount two (2) charging pumps on mud pump skid extension. Provide suction connection for supercharrger pumps from suction line including expansion joints. Manifold supercharger pump discharge for charging triplex pump at isolation valve in suction line at pump. Section Each New high pressure mud system : One (1) 4", 5,000 Lb. WP high pressure mud delivery system for two (2) mud pumps as follows : Provide 4" schedule XXH substructure line complete with hammer unions at break points and heavy-duty clamps for mounting. Twp (2) roper AMD-27 gear pumps with 3 HP, 1800 RPM, 480 Volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz XP motors, local start/ stop and filter system to be mounted on unit. 8' wide X 38' long X 8' clear ceiling height workshop mounted on A 40' long oilfield type skid with loading hitches for tailbarding. House to be fabricated of 1/4" V-crimp material. Top of skid to be decket 1/4" floor plate. One (1) 3' high X 30" deep X 15' long workbench. Two (2) personnal doors. Workshop to have air connections for air tools/ etc. Including lockabine cupboards. 1 Each New doghouse : 8' wide X 34' long X 8' clear ceiling height mounted on A 7'-10" wide X 40' long 3-runner skid with oilfield type ends for tailboarding. House fabricated of 3-16" crimp material and skid decked with 1/4" plate. Top of trays covered to provide walkway. Section Each New air powered drill line spooler with drill line : Drill line spooler with guard designed to accommodate A 7500' steel drill line reel. Mounted on A 7'-10" wide X 12'6" long oilfield type skid with loading hitches for 7500' of 1-3/8" EIPS drill line. Section Each New us oil tools accumulator unit as follows : Sized to operate 13-5/8"-10M-CIW (U) double, single BOP with 13-5/8"-5M hydril (GK) or shaffer sperical style annular BOP. 10

11 220 gallon accumulator capacity. Accumulator will function all RAM cavities and annular and re-supply automatically to full operating capacity within five (5) minutes. Section Each New closing unit /junk bin skid : Oilfield type skid to be 12' wide X 40' long with loading hitches for tailboarding. Closing unit to be mounted on one (1) end of the skid. A removable roof will be mounted over the top of the closing unit. 1" pipe for the hydraulic lines will run down the outside of the skid. The junk bin will be enclosed by expanded metal with a 6" square tubing RIM around the top. Junk bin to have one (1) air volume tank mounted on it for Emergency closing unit operation. Section Each New 36 metric ton BOP handling system : Ingersoll-rand lift chain BOP handling system model BHS36PA , 36 metric ton BOP handling system consisting of 2-18 metric ton geared air motor powered hoists and hand geared trolleys, 17' lift, 1.64 PSI delivery. 18 metric 1 Each tons per hook and 3-chain falls of chain. Section Each New pipe racks : 18" high X 28' long trangular pipe rack composed of 5" pipe with 3/4" plate legs. Section Each New ram K5UL "klone" drill floor winch, 5,000# SWL utility lifting. Each winch to include manually mountedband brake and drum guard. Wire rope storage capacity is 913' of 5/8" wire rope. Section Each New choke manifold /mud gas separator skid as follows : 10' X 40' oilfield type skid with loading hitches for tailboarding and provisions for mounting of choke manifold. Mud Gas separator to be 4' X 20'. Unit will separate Mud and Vent gas. Unit will fold over the top of the choke manifold. One (1) horn equipment 4", 5,000#, 2-1/16" choke manifold complete with one (1) 11
