All products supplied and produced by MML are fully certified to international industry standards such as Lloyds, DNV, MED, USCG and BV certification. MML provide bespoke solutions to meet our client s specific requirements and have done for over 30 years. Today our core business is the manufacture and supply of A0, A60 and B15 Doors which we supply regularly to the offshore market for new rig platforms and the upgrade or maintenance of existing platforms. 23 12 CLIP WATERTIGHT DOOR MILD STEEL The door is manufactured from 8mm mild steel cover plate and suitably stiffened with weld on ribs. The door is fitted with a 40 x 25mm section perimeter seal. The door is secured by 12 clips which are linked together and operated by a central hand wheel both sides. This door can withstand a 7m head of water. 250mm porthole Stainless steel construction Independent clips Powder painted to RAL colour
24 WATERTIGHT HATCH Hatch manufactured from 8mm thick cover plate suitably stiffened with weld on ribs and fitted with a 40x25mm EPDM section perimeter seal. Hatch secured by linking of four points and operated by stainless steel central handwheel fitted both sides. This can also be supplied as a flush deck hatch with T key operation from above if required. The hatch is supplied with two hinge point with spring assist operation. Suitable for welding direct to structure. Standard finish for this product is SA2.5 and red oxide primer. Stainless steel construction Independent clips Powder painted to RAL colour

26 SCUTTLE Manufactured from 4mm mild steel. Complete with frame and decking insert. Fitted with a quick acting 3 clip system with one handle operation. Handle can be fitted on both sides if required. Standard size 540mm clear opening. This product is shock rated and withstand 5m head of water.
27 MANHOLE COVER This manhole cover manufactured from 6mm mild steel complete with frame and operated by 4 clips. The clips are operated independently. The manhole is shock rated and withstands a 5m head of water.
28 WATERTIGHT HATCH Hatch manufactured from 8mm thick cover plate suitably stiffened with weld on ribs and fitted with a 40x25mm EPDM section perimeter seal. Complete with sliding door track and bottom channel guide. Bulkhead frame with lockbox and pelmet. Lightweight design to keep weight to a minimum. Door and frame designed for composite or steel bulkhead fitment.
